Exactly. He is simply mocking the mindset of some Nigerians who are fond of complaining and not being patient enough to reap due benefits.

Even where the supposed tape began from suggests he most probably just revealed something supporting buharis government and said but people will never publish these things and if they did, they wouldn't be sitting with him interviewing him and he went on to talk about the mindset of some Nigerians aka wailers who complain about everything and have already started complaining in just 3 years of Bihari while they endured the 16 years of PDP.
