There is only one method to get over heart break, it is called time and getting into more activities. You will have to put all your effort into other activities so you can forget about what happened.

Another way is to have a rebound, because your heart is void and needs someone else to fill it, this may sound like a terrible idea but it always works. As long as you let the new guy knows it’s just a casual relationship. Be open and honest about it. Don’t go and start trying to scam him or get pregnant in the process.

Being in your workplace will continue to make you unproductive and get you sacked increasing your heartbreak.

So take a break via leave from your workplace and head home to your mom to cool your head first.
