The research on Hadiths has already been done by people like Al Bukhari many centuries ago and they were obtained directly from the mouths of Muhammad's Sahabas (his companions)
Al Nawawhi isn't even ranked as highly as Bukhari or Muslim, because both Bukhari and Muslim only contain authentic (Sahih) hadiths.

You obviously missed out on the part where I mentioned the 'six articles of faith' is Prophet Muhammad not part of? Look I finished Quran more than twice and learnt the important Hadiths from Al-Nawwawih's collection. I never saw any teaching where its written to raze the homes of muslims praying there. You may say my Deen isn't strong but exc2000 has said it all...Neighbours and passersby even reported hadiths, therefore one still needs more research to do on the analysis of every Hadith stumbled upon, thereby, giving less fvcks about hadiths questioning the morals of the religion.
Once again Salam Aleikun and I say Astaghfirullah for any shortcomings on this one.

But refusal to believe in Hadiths is pure apostasy.
That's actually the real problem with Islam. The fact that Muslims want to pretend that hadiths especially Sahih hadiths do not matter. They do. And if you reject them, then you're rejecting Islam. There's no two ways about it.

Imagine I was in the mosque for solatul-subhi one day when the imam quoted an Hadith that the prophet Muhammad (SAW) once asked the kids in his neighbourhood to gather sticks and burn down the houses of muslim men observing solats in their homes,......I was like wtf, nigga you sure about that? I mean who da hell reported this hadiths? where the hell is it in the Holy Quran?
Now the thing is, lets just practise this lovely religion in the most peaceful way as possible strictly in line with the Holy Quranic policies while we give less Fvcks about all these freaking reports. Last last, Its the five pillars of Islam, the six articles of faith and sound moral decisions na hin go determine righteousness, not all these teachings by fanatics painting Islam black.

Senate bill imposes tax on GSM, cable TV subscribers

A bill for an Act to introduce tax on communication and cable television services scaled first reading at the Senate on Wednesday.

The introduction of the tax, it was learnt, was to replace the 2.2 per cent increase in the Value Added Tax being planned by the Federal Government.

The Bill for an Act to establish the Communication Service Tax was sponsored by a former Senate Leader, Ali Ndume.


Briefing journalists shortly after the first reading of the bill was taken by the Senate, Ndume said the imposition of tax on communication service was a better way of distributing wealth in such a way that would not affect the ordinary people.

He said increasing VAT would have very devastating effects on the economy as it would raise prices of goods and services.

The bill provides the charging of nine per cent on calls and data usage.


The bill reads in part, “There shall be imposed, charged payable and collected a monthly Communication Service Tax to be levied on charges payable by a user of an electronic communication service other than private electronic communication services.

“The tax shall be levied on electronic communication services supplied by service providers.

“For the purpose of this clause, the supply of any form of recharges shall be considered as a charge for usage of electronic communication service.

“The tax shall be levied on such electronic communication services like voice calls, SMS, MMS, data usage – both from telecommunication services providers and internet service – as well as pay per view TV stations.


“The tax shall be paid together with the electronic communication service charge payable to the service provider by the consumer of the service.”

The bill stipulates that the Federal Inland Revenue Service would pay the tax collected together with any interest and penalty into the Federation Account.

According to the bill, all service providers shall file a tax return to account for the tax.
