If people are not interested in marriage, how is that a problem?

On of the articles I was actually composing as my next thread on NL was about the different forms of marriages/relationships couple could have for the future. But unfortunately, due to the intellectual decline of NL, I have decided not to waste any of my intellectual material on it anymore and I have suspended that thread.

The marriage institution has been a failed institution throughout history for the 2 main participants, why should I be worried if bachelors and spinsters are not engaging in it.
