1. Intended duration of Stay in Germany. Should I use the year 2022 since my admission year is winter 2020/2021 session.
2. References in the Federal Republic of Germany (eg employer, educational establishment, relatives). Should I use the contact name on my admission letter? (please find attached No. 2)
3. Under type of travel document, I was asked to fill ‘issued by …….’. I hope the ans is Nigerian immigration
4. What will be the ans for N0. 1 (please find attached)

thank you sir, i have AL from THI with a letter that i will be learning online cos of challenges of COVID19, stating that the pandemic will affect visa application in my country. But i should make sure to be in Germany by January for the examination.

The earlier you book the better o.. Its risky to book late o, they already have a lot of backlogs in the embassy of people who have booked and awaiting response from the embassy. However, you should only book when you have gotten admission.
Is those people that book irregularly that is causing this problem for us.

1. Prepaid envelope; you can get it in any FedEx or DHL, but try and use DHL because it's a Germany company and you are going to Germany embassy: note its proper to buy the prepaid envelope 2 days or a day to the interview date.
2 for the health insurance contact TK for your health insurance exemption certificate after you enrolled with mawista or care concept.
3. Any one can serve, whether you download and fill or you fill it before downloading. What matters is to fill it correctly

The Almighty God will answer our prayers on this journey. I applied for three schools; two via uni-assist and one direct. I got one rejection with no reason and second rejection with a reason and advice to apply during summer. I received admission letter from the third school. I thank God for His mercy.
I would like to ask the following questions and thank you and God bless as you response:
1. How will I go about obtaining prepaid envelope?
2. I am above 30 years and I have applied for German health insurance certificate via care concept and MAWISTA as a private insurance company although I will still revoke one after studying the terms and condition. These private insurance companies have also sent me some documents. Is this document sufficient to send across to the school for my enrollment or should I send it to Public insurance to obtained an exemption certificate for the enrollment? I am asking this question because I have read in this platform where our senior mention that after obtaining certificate from private insurance , we should use the said certificate and apply for public insurance.
3. For the application form from https://nigeria.diplo.de/ng-en/service/visa/student-research-and-language-course-visa/1015536 (please see picture below), should I go with 1 i.e fill online and print OR with 2 download, print and hand filling.
Please I need our advice and God bless you as you response.

we are on the same page. i have equally mailed embassy via contact form and Visa@abuj.diplo.de. i need my documents certified for the university enrollment. let work together and in case you first me receive reply from the embassy , pls remember to update me. thank you and God bless.

Send a mail to the Lagos or Abuja email address stating what you need to do. They would reply with the necessary steps for certification. I did this in June.

If the Embassy don’t accept appointments for certification of documents, there nothing anyone here can do about it.

It’s best if you email or call the Embassy on Monday if you can be granted access for such services.

Please I'm unable to make a selection to book an appointment for documents certification at the embassy webpage. There is no link where it is stated to 'select a category' as shown in the screenshot attached. I even attempted using a laptop to book but it's still the same.

the requirement from my school is that, the embassy should be the one to certify the documents.
i used High court for the documents i sent to Uni assist.

if the arrival you mean is receiving the VPD via email, it takes between 4-6 weeks but in my own case, it was 4 weeks.

but if you mean arriving Nigeria via mail (post) , i don't know sir.

PLs house, I could like to know if it is mandatory for someone to provide test of English proficiency (like IELTS) during the interview with German embassy since the school I applied for admission required only proof of “English language as a medium of instruction” from my university. Although, it is on the website to present TOEFL OR IELTS.

With all the unnecessary Visa Appointment dates delay that German Embassy is doing, you guys are still paying UNI-ASSIST for applications?

Better look for schools with online applications and apply.

Hi. Check for any notary public or go to high court close to you. Make photocopies of the documents. They stamp it as "certified true copy".
