at the risk of sounding insensitive, this fee is pretty cheap for a university. I paid 35k per session in secondary school. my school fees in the uni is 50k per session, ....AAU ekpoma |
Sincere9gerian: The RESULTS will continue to put cynics and Tinubu attack dogs to shamewhen will it be implemented? before or after 2015 elections? |
some gud recommendations , but its quite unfortunate it ll neva b realised |
she is 19, definitly not a kid. speaking from my own experience, if you follow the advice of most people here, I.e using extreme measures, you ll only suceed in pushing her outside, into the hands of a man that ll take advantage of her. she is already grown up, so you can't beat the bad attitude out of her, (can you even beat her?) you just have to help her change. let her know how much you love her as your only sibling. and you can't afford to let her stay on this destructive path. in a kind loving and polite way, point out the negative things you have noticed, and suggest ways of changing them. let her tell you what she feels you should change too, perhaps there are things that annoy her too. divide the chores, and rotate them, so she doesn't feel like you are bossing or controlling or over working her. be mild and gentle, never shout, even when she insults you, let her know you still care about her. give her a very long time to change. make her your best friend, be open and honest. remember, you are dealing with an adult who has a mind of her own. you can't force her! ultimately, she must make her own choices in life, all you can do is advice and guide her. if she doesn't listen, then leave her, but don't give up on her. she ll learn respect, and suffering will be her teacher |
keshi has done his bit for Nigeria. he came at a time when we had lost our spot in Africa, keshi brought that back. but right now we need to achieve greater heights, and keshi does not have the tactical and technical know-how to move super eagles forward, the worldcup proved that......it is Nigeria that needs to move on |
what if the NA lays siege to Gwoza? I mean create a blockade, surround the town, nothing goes in or out. and attack enmass. without renforcement boko ll be battle weary and outnumbered. |
this minister is a bat! he is neither a bird nor a rat |
Lols, everyone is trying 2 feed America wit her own poison |
this write up would have made a lot of sense if doctors were actually fighting for improved healthcare facilities in Nigeria. but hell no! they are fighting for money and power. preventing others from reaching the apex of their career doesn't improve healthcare, neither does appointing 4 deputy cmacs. hazard allowance of 100k? oversea residency training, and oposing such for others? preventing mlscn from doing its legitimate duty? ......accept it, this strike isn't about improving healthcare, its about money and power. |
Ghana =broke nation |
God bless the writer of this letter |
op, look closely at those statistics pls. it is very contestable. it doesn't give absolute proof. btw, we v tried with our doctors, its obvious dat Nigeria doctors are not good administrators |
why is US so concerned about our using nanosilver? if we use am and e kill us, e concern dem? I smell a fish |
av always had my suspicions expecially since sawyer is partly American. |
All we are saying to NMA is "live and let others live" simple! not everyone wants to be a doctor, we just want to reach the apex of our careers , is that too much to ask? |
the hazard allowance is a meager #5k |
before I coment, op which religion do u blong to? |
dozymars: Our legislators are the highest paid in the world while our doctors are among the poorest paid in the world.that statement pricks me always. dnt 4get dat doctors are d highest paid civil servants in Nigeria, outside d oil sector. Nigeria can't pay its doctors d way America pays theirs. |
parklamson: our ignoramus President continues from where he stop, he can't do without breaking records over records, I don't expect sensibleI don't support sacking resident doctors, but I have to ask, what exactly is the "right" they are asking for? that the government should disobey a court order? or renegade on an agreement it had with other health workers? simply put, doctors demands are arrogant, selfish and senseless |
Onegai: Some are useless. But others are very worthwhile, CMD of First Consultant is a diamond (he's so good). Why do you think those doctors re still alive, 3 weeks after? It was doctors that said to govt "go to Irrua Specialist Teaching Hospital, Edo state and get their medical staff to train Lagos public health workers. Those guys are trained in how to handle Lassa fever (which is very similar to ebola in symptoms and infection rate), so they will teach us sharply, because everyone is scared".I quite agree with you, having worked in lassa fever unit at irrua. there's more the government can do. even the little money put into research doesn't come from the fg! |
every man wants a woman who would be a mother to him during the day, and a prostitute to him at night |
It's only going to get messy |
Patrick sawyer......it won't be well wit ur family |
if its true, its a very stupid move. fg is only fighting fire with fire. the simple solution is to negotiate wit johesu nd NMA together nd arrive at a compromise |
for someone with nursing training, she is very daft, a big fool |
e reach to run jhor......I hope d lasg responded quickly enough |
nexstorm: . Interesting! But do not Blame the baker, when the butcher Bakes the Bread. The Nigerian youth don't even have a clue about what they are Doing,so a blind lecturer still Feels like a god in his department even when the knowledge he carries is obsolete..you seriously can't put the blame on the students. they are merely products of a failed system |
Liberia is not innocent if all this |
Nigerians have short memory and attention span |
holyboss: Whr r d ghanians on nairalandthey are broke and hungry I guess |
