The company appears to be genuine in a way. It is actually "SoFI" that is doing the hiring as shown on Glassdoor. However, somehow on Glassdoor, when you click apply (not the "easy apply", there are two options), you get redirected to Getsofi. Don't know, but the fact that SoFi, a public listed company in the US posted it makes me slightly hopeful.
