Please, help is needed! My friend's tecno pouvoir 3 plus can't open apps more than 9. Once the apps are more than 9(like 10 apps), it closes the last app on the minimization tab to make it 9. He has ticked 'not optimized' for these apps, and even locked them, but they still get force-closed!
the ram doesn't mostly get more than 2100(2gb) before such 'glitch' happens. the free ram is not below 700mb.

Your friend like opening apps that he is not using. If this happens only when data is on, then the phone has bug. If not, your friend should just call it a style and enjoy the closing.

That is what their said. The three apps I used is reporting P22. CPU X, CPU Z, and device info app reported Helio P22.

I noticed some apps that I installed on my Redmi 9A device are not functioning properly.

Rooting the phone came to my mind.

To follow Xiaomi due process, I entered developers options and found out that Xiaomi support unlocking of the bootloader at owners risk.

Following the instructions, I noticed that I can not proceed further to download the software for unlocking the device. The pages were written in Chicken language. I mean Chinese language.

Who else is having this issue?

In display, Huawei is Akukaraja to were Xiomi is. And Huawei are not stingy with sensors like Xiaomi. XIAOMI and unsupported are a kind of synonyms.

at least, Redmi 9C has helio G35 according to book while Honor 9A boldly and confidently announced that their chipset is helio P22. And both are 3gb RAM.

I shared from the Redmi 9A to the W2 and the w2 ate and digested it while that of Redmi 9A is just occupying a space on the table. That is a bad habit.

Lets not forget that Honor 4x was a midrange device.

This is an insult on Huawei. If you are close to me ehh, I for buy you one bottle of legend stout so you would know the difference between beer and stout. You can try that comparison with Redmi 9c since they have similar or the same features.

S10 Camera app worked flawlessly on my Tecno W2 but can't work properly on this device. It is ok.

They advertised mediatek helio G25 but test shows it is helio P22. And P22 is even better than G25. Ok.

Even file manager keep pushing app. System apps are not supposed to do that.

In other words, there is no competition among low end phones. Or any phone in the low end category can beat Xiaomi phones of that category.

Just comparing my old phone honor 4x that has lower specs with the new Redmi 9A that has latest hardware and better specs

Huawei pixel level at 295.27 ppi while Redmi 9A is just 269.04 ppi

Redmi 9A uses P22 mtk (MT6762) chip too with Tecno.

Huawei with only 4 functioning cores of processor is faster than Redmi 9A 8 cores

I don't know about other MIUI versions but the MIUI 12 has some functionality that I expect only on premium phones.

How does it work?
