Inasmuch as I castigate females a lot, I can't negate the fact that, by default, they are optimists. A woman believes a man would change for the better if she edges him well enough. Most times they've been victims of their own folly but there are several examples of their optimism paying off. NEVER RIDICULE ANY WOMAN WHO CONSCIOUSLY HOPES FOR A BETTER YOU, NEVER. I've met women who love like their lives depend on it and it's no fault of theirs that they can't bring out the humanity in demons like yourself.

I rarely defend females but this one time I had to. APPRECIATE A FAITHFUL, LOVING WOMAN WHEN YOU FIND ONE, DUDE(S).

All what you said falls under the possible reasons why the blood sample wasn't found. But whose responsibility is it to ensure blood samples doesn't coagulates or that the anticoagulant bottle should be in a good state always? Isn't it the job of the medical lab technician, physician or med technologist to ensuring that all blood samples are kept in good condition? And if someone fails in their responsibility it shows unseriousness and they can also be said to be negligent.

I'm now convinced that nothing could come out of the case if scrutinised or tested in a law court, as there was no harm done to the patient whose blood sample went missing like you rightly pointed out. But I'm not sure if that dismisses the fact that it was a case of negligent on the part of the med lab technicians and physicians at the lab.

Now we are on the same page save for the highlighted. The OP (and some other posters here) assume , erroneously, that her paranoia and superstitious belief are enough evidence to sue. If she was demanding for a refund of payment and the hospital/ lab wasn't agreeing to it, that would have been a different case entirely. It's just like trying to sue a mechanic for not fixing your car properly when that 'negligence' or error hasn't caused you anything. All you should simply do is return the vehicle for proper evaluation and repair.
PEOPLE SHOULD STOP TRYING TO EXPLORE TGE FALLIBILITY OF MEDICAL WORKERS EVEN WHEN NO HARM IS DONE.

C'mon, Ronald. Sue for negligence? The lab scientist hasn't caused any harm to the female. What if the blood coagulated (and had to be discarded unknowningly by a junior lab scientist) 'cause the haemotology bottle didn't contain anticoagulant during bleeding of the patient? What if it spilled during centrifuging? A thousand and one things can happen to blood samples on the lab work slab during testing. As long as the patient isn't infected or affected directly and no nosocomial infection can be traced or proved, suing the laboratory is a charade.

I actually try not to be too close with my friends' 'girlfriends' until they (my friends) define their relationships with the girls.
