Toks2008:If in your dating history which spans over a twenty-year period, you still haven't found at least one woman who's cultured, beautiful and adventurous beneath the sheets, then the problem isn't with the women - it's with YOU. |
kimbra:Aha! Therein lies the problem. Some women - scratch that, all women - expect you to call them daily to say those sweet nothings that make them go mushy and gooey inside. They justify that expectation with "Couples should always communicate with themselves at all times". How regularly do I call? On alternate days, bi-weekly, daily (if she's ill or depressed or grieving)...Basically according to the dictates of my heart or the circumstances but certainly not predictable. Then again, you females tend to take guys who are overly expressive of their feelings less seriously so dudes like me would always remain dudes like me - unpredictable. |
kimbra:Ah! A sensible woman! There's only one way you could have learnt this - experience, your own experience. Others think relationships are textbook scriptings to be played out by actors; thus, everything is black or white. The dude isn't a cheat, he's no vindictive, pretentious _prick or one who dabbles into vices. He's just a guy who'd rather walk away and keep to himself till he's mentally ready to act rational as against guys who'd flame up and burn everything down, even literally. I, for one, do not call as much as I should or , well, like the average guy calls his woman. Over time the females in my life have come to understand it's who I am and not necessarily because I care less about what we have going between us. Some dudes aren't overly expressive of their love and it doesn't mean they have an attitudinal problem. |
Papykush:It does, trust me. Being goodlooking gives you an edge. |
Jodha:She's an "olosho", right? It's sort of ironically hypocritical coming from you a skanky sentient being who uploads pictures of herself in skimpy wears in notorious nightclubs. If she's an "olosho", you're a _pornstar_ ! |
BLoomfrancs: May your scrotal sac shrink smaller than those of a drowning fisherman beneath the icy waters of Scandinavia! Who doesn't know the deceit with which the Igbos peddle their supposedly all-inclusive Biafra? The same Igbos who are the most insensitive tribalists in the South? The same Igbos who'd threaten and even murder a non-Igbo who dare aspires to any leadership position in institutions located in Igboland while they themselves seek the same positions in other lands like it's their birthright? The same Igbos who discriminate against themselves - where the Anambras mock Ebonyis and the rest scorn the Imos as cunning, opportunistic two-timers? The same Igbos who chased their supposed brothers out of their civil service (the Abia State mass sack of "non-indigenes" comes to mind) ? The same Igbos who always play the victims' card but they are no better at treating others fairly? The same Igbos who always try to take credit for the development in other states yet their enclaves are hell-holes? The same Igbos who generally have the least-performing leaders in Southern Nigeria? May juvenile vultures desecrate your discarded corpse in a mad frenzy! May your life be as hellish as the potholes-riddled roads of Imo State and the filthy terrains of Abia! |
gartamanta:Dude, I am as Ibibio as Philip Effiong was. Screw it ; I am more Ibibio than Philip Effiong ever was! All right-thinking Ibibios dissociated themselves from the Biafra scam when the aforementioned greed-fueled scheming in my prequel post was brought to fore. Philip Effiong was asked to ditch the Biafra cause as far back as 1968 but he tried to be a hero, captaining a deserted, sinking ship and till his death, he was treated like a leper. Philip Effiong was treated and buried like a commoner! Till date, he's never celebrated in his hometown and, by extension, Akwaibom State. You want to argue facts with KingSLAY? Bring it on! ![]() Cursed be any being who tries to lump us into the downhill snowballing mound of disaster called "Biafra"! |
BLoomfrancs:You offspring of a pilfering cheat! If you're truly a sentient being as against a biotron, bring your Biafra madness to any part of Akwaibom and Cross Rivers States then watch your end play out before you like a time-traveller. Both Governors stated in no vague terms that the Biafran dream is as unwelcomed as the buzz of a hovering mosquito in our territories and that is the resolution of our people in general. You entrapping con-men think we've forgotten how you tried to rename Uyo to "New Owerri" during the Civil War? You think we've forgotten how you moved our people into your landlocked region in the hopes of neocolonizing our sandy beaches? While we respect the rights to self-actualization and secession, we do not trust the Igbos; hence, we want no part of their proposed political state. |
gartamanta:Psycho, we folks of the Akwa-Cross extraction have always reiterated we want no part of your Biafra. Keep your insanity to yourself! |
rawpadgin:Regardless of his seeming fashion flaws, his heavily-beard look and laser-sharp hairline accentuate his looks and make him better-looking than the clean-shaven guy. |
BluntMadmoiselle:Déjà vu! Same sequence of events, almost the same replies... I like the fact that the dude didn't overly pester her. Call a woman but don't seem desperate and if she's too much in a haste not to talk at length, she should be the one to call back - courtesy demands she does so. If she doesn't, move on - she's not worth the stress and ridicule of seeming servile or subservient. |
Jafar1:Now this is a first. There are such things as "Hoe Rules" ? |
RedRubberDucky:And the cyber-mouse replies! You are a clown even clowns would deny. A gazillion monikers and a social recluse, you stalk the cyberspace like a 19th Century diamond miner hopeful in the Kimberly Valley. Your current moniker was created less than eleven days ago and you already have 372 comments ; all back-and-forths with not seeming intelligent retorts. Your only achievement on this forum is registering your cyber-presence on the first page of every thread in the Romance and Celebrity Sections. You'd never be found engaging in intelligent discourses 'cause it's as alien to you as anacondas to the Arctic Circle. All hail Queen DUMBolina! |
RedRubberDucky:I've never been interested in "playing" with or getting to know you. You're flat, skinny and with an ugly, freckled face. What's worse, you're unintelligent! How's life in your slum abode? When are you going to join your brothers in jail? |
RedRubberDucky:It's "psychological", not "physiological". Then again, I don't expect a lowly slave to be smart. ![]() Never try to be more than who you are - a third rate, servile being. |
RedRubberDucky:Irking that you - a common plantation slave with inferior, tainted genes - have the nerve to try to mock we true African freeborns. How dare you take shots at your superiors?! You and yours would always be nothing more than castaways to be shot at as game by your white masters. Gun-touting, project-dwelling drug dealers! |
sorextee:So, essentially, your church doctrines are sexist? Targetting the humiliation of non-virgin women? What's the 'punishment' for non-virgin grooms-to-be? Nothing? Let me suggest one: How about the grooms are made to wear cream-coloured suits? You know, cream to represent the colour of the fluid the vagina coats the phallus with during sex. That'd be fair. |
Crazy dude. Probably one of the select few Nairalanders who can consistently create and fuel trending controversies for extended periods. Too bad he isn't business savvy enough to take advantage of the free publicity and attention to earn money as a PR go-to person like @ebukaakara and @i_piss_vodka on Twitter. Too bad. |
kateskitty:www.nairaland.com/attachments/4871436_48708174png09dd8c2662b96ce14928333f055c55801_jpeg_png16c2229d637f0b41145245b67b5ae282 Noticed something about the female's replies? She didn't give monosyllabic, one-worded and excessive shorthand replies like "k", "nope" and "IDK" respectively? She chatted intelligently and had related replies for the guy. She replied in real-time ! While I'd admit I've interacted with my fair share of smart Nigerian girls (maybe I'm just lucky or it depended wholely on me), a lot of you Nigerian girls need to up your conversational and interactive skills. Most of you are too boring. |
One reason to hold back from dating one: She's a paranoid being who's in a constant battle to act and be divine instead of being what she is - human; perfectly flawed. ...And she probably would be too conventional to be adventurous beneath the sheets and behind drawn curtains. Way too boring. |
SirWere: MrMystrO:You dudes have earned the right to troll...today. I'm still trying to deal with the reality of it. My Man.United-cum-Madrid-loving friends have been doing their best to piss me off since last night. Madrid better not lose tonight. I'd be here scalping its fans for days on end. |
Omoakinsuyi:Dream on... Tonight, Barça would take PSG to bed and screw them till they whimper and beg for 'Messi' with the footballing world cheering on. After all, it's Valentine's day. Força Barça! |
Ujoan:Aha! The philandering feminists are here in their dozens. If you've knowingly slept with a married man who hasn't started the divorce process, your home would be wrecked by a teenage girl. It's not a curse - it's the way things are. Pretending karma doesn't exist wouldn't avert the inevitable. |
Stupedinluv:Anorexic , lonely featherbrain, learn to at least punctuate your sentences. I know it's too much to ask but try. |
Stupedinluv:Hilariously ironic coming from a freak of nature who's so dumb she(?) created a sobriquet to pledge her (?) allegiance to the League of Stùpid beings. The joke's on you. Now hit the report button or mention Myñd44 to hide my rebuttal and/or place a forum-wide restriction on my moniker. |
CplusJason:You'd be surprised. Mention any state capital in both regions which outclasses my darling Uyo's road infrastructures. Uyo still has the best drainage system ( an underground system) in Nigeria, I digress. |
xstry:What? He's a "bloody fool" 'cause he typewrote the first assumption any observant Nigerian would make? Tell your Northern oligarchs to incriminate snatching girls if you don't want to be the butt of such jokes and scathing remarks! |
Henrydone:Pay no heed to that youngling who keeps churning out alternative facts from his butt-crack. |
mrvitalis:Rubbish! No city in the South-east and South-south can rival Uyo's road infrastructures. Not even Port Harcourt comes close. |
Brainwashed, servile child-brides whose opinions count for zilch before their paedophilic, senile, geriatric master-husbands think they can superimpose their fanatism on the saner people of the earth. Hogwash! |

Same sequence of events, almost the same replies...
lunatic.
