I maybe wrong but this whole NIN is either for show off that the government is working or to trace those that are high profile. You can't trace people with just NIN, anyone saying so is a liar. |

What do they want that the government knew about Can you not see that these so called bandits are government sponsored militias who came to cause chaos? These terrorists in the past said they wanted land, protection and power, that is why they go about killing villagers, kidnapping women and displacing other tribes. It is ethnic cleansing and genocide and the present administration is culpable. |

For the chief security committee of Nairaland Western Propaganda loving forum to bring this to their forum, it means that even doubting Thomas can see the truth even if he doesn't want or like it.
The question in this conflict is not how black Ignorant slaves in Africa can show different ways they can slave to the West but what they can learn from Russia. How to manage diversity, stand tall to mental manipulation through media and how to manage diversity.
In Russia we see Christians, Muslims, and even atheists fighting together against the enemies of man, the Wicked demons from Western Europe that want to enslave and take other people's resources and independence.
They (The West) have now imported Jihadists, Imperialists, ignorant African slaves, Nazists, ignorant redditors and all forms of vile creatures even those under Christianity to do their bidding.
The three pictures are from Russia. -Muslims -Orthodox Christians and other reasonable Christians -And Atheists, united against injustice Where is the atheist in this picture? Mumu too much for this side |

As for the amnesty introduced by Yaradua, it wasn't geared towards making an individual as power as Jonathan made tompolo. It is the same amnesty programme, Jonathan did not change anything. Either way it has been 7 years since Jonathan left ad you're still complaining about his policies. After the amnesty programme we did not hear a word about Tompolo yet you're still complaining. |

Mr special Your phone was stolen and you were going through a tough time but you left it that way for weeks and are now using it as a point of argument online. tonyuny12: I'm feeding well bro, and not depended on Buhari government. Closing the border was for a purpose even though it was implemented the wrong way as it should have been gradually done. The purpose was idiotic and didn't achieve anything, no country that isn't at war with it's neighbours will close all land borders for years because of ordinary rice smuggling. Libya did it and she became self sufficient as compared to when it depended on imports. I don't give a damn about Libya, Nigeria is not Libya, mentioning them is irrelevant because the policy failed. Previous government had fought social media and attacked personel of such like our darling Jonathan did when he instructed military to do so prior to his last election. Whatever that is happening to Nigeria today isn't unique to the personality of Buhari or his government. Jonathan never blocked social media, closed the borders or released terrorists under a failed amnesty programme, these are unique to Buhari. Regardless we should not be comparing failures when the new administration promised change. |

tonyuny12: There's no where in the world where there's a complete elimination of such but that doesn't mean efforts to address them shouldn't be put in place and encouraged by others If you are making an effort I should see a result, if not then I have every reason to call the effort nonsense, especially when it has huge potential for abuse by a despotic government. I don't pray for your enemy or mine to be in same state I was when my phone was stolen because issues of phone or phone number won't be a priority. Beside, why block a sim that's of importance and was still going through tracking? My phone was stolen, I blocked it the same day and got a new one next week, I still found the phone through IMEI tracking which you can do without a sim. Your are not special at all. |

tonyuny12: I've gone through my screenshots and didn't see any criticism... Besides, criticism would come from certain persons who aren't satisfied with government policies especially when it is of disadvantage to their insincere business transactions but that doesn't stop government from implementation. National interest supercedes individual interest, go read about your constitution properly and civic education if you will humble yourself and do a proper research. When the government closed borders, blocked social media and released terrorists in the name of "national interest" what did it achieve? You guys always seem to confuse Buhari's interest with national interest, but don't worry, it is national interest you will use to eat. Criticising poorly thought out policies are also in the interest of the nation, you would know that if you could actually think for yourself. |

tonyuny12: Give me instances of those who had theirs successfully linked yet their SIMs were blocked. I helped some persons before now to get theirs linked but because there was no text message confirming a successful linking, theirs were blocked and when I helped them yesterday with same, messages were sent and their sim cards unblocked. https://twitter.com/Morris_Monye/status/1511680495083524096?t=5KBoJF8BSTZQfYK0FnDvqg&s=19As for the reason as to why the need for such linking, the cases of Ghana and Tanzania should educate you a little about that.. National security and reducing cybercrimes and theft of identity. So the cybercrime rate on Ghana and Tanzania should be around zero right now. Now let me use my case as an example, before I got my sim linked of late.. My phone was stolen and someone used my sim to open an account with fidelity and till this moment I do receive alerts from his bank. When I was to retrieve it, I had to confirm the SIM still belongs to me and then I linked it with my NIN. Now, if I'd done so before my phone was stolen and used by the individual as his own during account opening, don't you think it would have been impossible for him knowing that his NIN would be requested? Or you could have used your common sense and blocked the sim as soon as you knew it was stolen. |

Here's another link to that of Tanzania and more to come if only you will humble yourself and let me educate you It seems you have reading comprehension issues so let me explain again. I NEVER said Nigerians should not do it. I am ASKING what the linking intends to achieve. I am ASKING why the government has to put the country in turmoil for non existent gains. There are Nigerians who have linked their NIN but are blocked but you don't want to think you just want to talk. If you read my posts clearly I said the block she continue, later we will see the result. Theunbothered: I warned you all, let the blocking continue though, your suffering has just started.
