I was travelling. The 2 NNPC mega stations, one at ozalla, the other just before u enter the city, were not selling. Didn't see any multinational on the way, so I bought from the independent marketers

However, if Asaba has stations that have complied, if Warri has stations that have complied, then I see no reason why we won't have some compliant stations inside Enugu city centre no matter how few.

I'll be optimistic that with time it will spread. Abuja is already compliant and this is inspite of the mad scarcity just some few days ago

I bought at 87 @ Richbam filling station in Ibadan on 31st while my friend bought @86.50 from Forte oil in warri yesterday. I Passed asaba today and saw 2 NNPC selling @86. Also passed rainoil on Benin asaba road and they're selling @ 86.50.
