BrokenTV:I don't do childish things my friend. With the thinking cap i have on, I won't assume the rubbish you guys are assuming now |
VickJames:You see why you should have your mind clean of mischief and it's like? see the note on that very picture that's giving you nightmares ''Nigeria's President-elect Muhammadu Buhari stands in Downing street following a meeting with Britain's prime minister David Cameron in central London on May 23 2015''. AFP PHOTO/LEON NEAL http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/nigerias-president-elect-muhammadu-buhari-stands-in-downing-news-photo/474453606 I'm sure you know ''following'' is the same thing as ''after''?
|
VickJames:i noticed ![]() |
Kastonkastroll:You can be sure he won't joke with his security when he gets in. but until then..... |
VickJames:maybe he saw a palm wine joint and wanted to sample home. now does that explanation satisfy your urge to find fault? If you have more than the 5MB dash from the networks, there are more than enough pictures of this event with notes on each by the photo Journalist who took them at the link below http://www.gettyimages.com/search/more-like-this/474453606?assetType=image now go ahead and indulge your curiosity |
VickJames:because he had just finished meeting with David Cameron and was waiting for his aides and his vehicle |
dunkem21:Is there a regulated way of standing in front of 10 Downing street you might want to share? ![]() |
aresa:Its crazy I tell ya |
OduBaba123:My friend, these are hardened and ruthless businessmen who enjoy ripping off the country, not small kids or doe eyed girlfriends. You don't get them to back off with such statements like "I'll look into it". We are talking of N200B here |
PassingShot:Sure he will. He's not wired to do otherwise |
PassingShot:My bro, dont mind the guy. If you read the body of the report itself, the premise on which GMB voiced his concerns are very legit and I'm sure will form the basis for whatever decision he'll take on the matter. For instance, see this portion below where he talked of the process not being transparent enough to decipher what subsidy really means He insisted that most of the elements that go into "what is called subsidy is the cost of corruption in the opaque business of oil import that has become a cash cow for the alliance of oil importers and government officials bleeding Nigeria white." Then going on to list the various sharp practices that shoot up the bill fraudulently "The statement continued: "Buhari maintains that the sharp practices that characterize importation of petroleum products suggest that the state of our refineries is a deliberate sabotage by these powerful forces who are doing illicit business at the expense of the welfare of the people of Nigeria. "If this were not so, why is it that the public does not know how much a litre of petrol is bought from the international market and the places we are buying from? Why is consignment deliberately left at the Ports for I4 days to attract demurrage? Why go and pile charges at private jetties again which is also part of the landing costs." The man knows what he's saying. When a searchlight is beamed on the process, we will know whether subsidy is actually being paid or some smart alecs are just ripping us off |
spongeisback: ![]() Even me sef go mess up if i have to flow in that Lingo ![]() |
M0GIDI:Keep it up my friend.... even the madman ranting at the B/stop everyday is also criticizing something but we know better than to take him serious ![]() Learn the art of constructive and issue based criticism. This is free advice |
SLYBABA:When have they ever known what they want? They say GMB is an Islamist who will implement sharia, next they say He is an ally of the US to legalize gay marriage. They say he's a dictator who will ride roughshod over everybody, next they say he's weakling who will be controlled by Tinubu they say he's a stooge of the Yoruba race, Next they say he's a vindictive Fulani who will deal with the Yoruba race. TANoids don't/Can't know what they really want. It's the spirit of cluelessness at work |
Then NDLEA must vacate his residence. They should learn to do their work in a more professional way. If you leave loopholes, smart lawyers will capitalize on it. |
M0GIDI:You're the one in danger of heart attack my friend. From depression, hate and bitterness all because Nigerians kicked GEJ out. Nigerians have made their choice and are moving on. GEJ has moved on, even PEJ has followed suit, what are you waiting for? |
M0GIDI:Iweala the woman who should know is disputing the claims and you expect GMB to jump in and reassure them? of what exactly? I will keep praying for you |
OduBaba123:He should reassure them about a payment whose genuineness even the current minister of Finance is disputing? This is serious!! |
M0GIDI:See the explanation on this particular picture from the Reporter who covered it ''Nigeria's President-elect Muhammadu Buhari stands in Downing street following a meeting with Britain's prime minister David Cameron in central London on May 23 2015''. AFP PHOTO/LEON NEAL http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/news-photo/nigerias-president-elect-muhammadu-buhari-stands-in-downing-news-photo/474453606 I trust you know ''following'' means ''after''? ![]()

mrmetoo1: ![]() I know jare my brother. It's hilarious that some are actually dumb enough to believe it ![]() |
M0GIDI: ![]() ehhhh...this my friend o. @bold, you'll see him in china riding a bicycle to see president Xi Jinping so you can mock very wellsee the explanations of each of those pictures and more here http://www.gettyimages.com/search/more-like-this/474453606?assetType=image Stop emulating Metuh's childishness and pedestrian thought pattern ![]() |
go to http://www.gettyimages.com/search/more-like-this/474453606?assetType=image for the gallery and notes on each of the pictures directly from Getty Images |
OduaVanguard: ![]() I understand bro. My wife has been complaining about it since, i just dey beg her to chill ![]() I'm very far away in a place where i'm not feeling it at all but it breaks my heart when i see what people are going through. Thank God it's over now |
M0GIDI: ![]() Thanks for your 'concern'. English language hasn't changed since he handled that same office 30 years ago so don't get scared. As for elocution, Those members of the international community who have been falling over themselves to come congratulate him didn't complain, so i wonder why you're jittery? If the elocutionary 'prowess' of Ban Ki Mon doesn't give the world the chills, they WILL NOT COMPLAIN about GMB's ![]() or even yours for that matter ![]() |
who beg them?? |
M0GIDI:Can you show us GEJ rehearsing in the pictures above? Abi you think say na wedding preparations? |
deen11:bro, there are protocols. GMB isn't president yet. He was there in a personal capacity so that wasn't unusual at all. Was Cameron expected to chaperone Buhari's aides? You can see GMB even avoided the limelight by refusing the Nigerian High commision from turning it into an illegal 'official' event with their razzamatazz It even shows how highly esteemed he is by the British govt for Cameron to open the doors of govt to him at such short notice without going through all the diplomatic brouhaha. @the bold, TANoids would have us believe he was there for 30mins. They obviously don't know how fast Photo Journalists click their cameras. Maybe they assumed GMB was posing for a photo shoot there ![]() |
i actually refused to post on those silly threads. Only an 1diot will believe that Cameron agreed to open the doors of 10 Downing street to an uninvited or unexpected guest and the British broadcaster, Sky News will also broadcast the event. Imagine an 'educated' Metuh saying GMB waited for 30 mins outside (which the notable broadcasters in the world failed to report) and 'intelligent' homo sapiens believed it? Common sense is indeed not too common |
RareDiamond: ![]() Chai!!!! i like this guy. |
Really |
