May he finally went inside to have his own meeting.

He must have stood for quite a time for those shots to be taken without any evidence of his aides around him.
You see why you should have your mind clean of mischief and it's like? see the note on that very picture that's giving you nightmares

at some point, I really do think buhari should be careful with the way and manner he moves around without his aides or proper security. he shouldn't apply any simplicity when it comes to his personal security.... I don't buy that kinda simplicity or integrity. He is the president-elect of the federal republic of Nigeria, Africa power house. Anyway I do hope our amiable general won't take his own personal security very loosely when he is eventually sworn in.

God bless our amiable general
God bless Nigeria.
You can be sure he won't joke with his security when he gets in.

but until then.....

The shown about our president didn't tell the full story, but from those pictures seen above, the situation was different.

Why should a president-elect be waiting for his aides? Are they looking for TANoids in downing street or better, they saw a nkwobi joint around the street.
maybe he saw a palm wine joint and wanted to sample home.

now does that explanation satisfy your urge to find fault?

If you have more than the 5MB dash from the networks, there are more than enough pictures of this event with notes on each by the photo Journalist who took them at the link below

You don't get them to back off with such statements like "I'll look into it". We are talking of N200B here

OP, you no try at all.

I advise you try harder and smarter next time.

This type of old news (2012) has no relevance today.
My bro, dont mind the guy. If you read the body of the report itself, the premise on which GMB voiced his concerns are very legit and I'm sure will form the basis for whatever decision he'll take on the matter.

For instance, see this portion below where he talked of the process not being transparent enough to decipher what subsidy really means

He insisted that most of the elements that go into "what is called subsidy is the cost of corruption in the opaque business of oil import that has become a cash cow for the alliance of oil importers and government officials bleeding Nigeria white."

Then going on to list the various sharp practices that shoot up the bill fraudulently

"The statement continued: "Buhari maintains that the sharp practices that characterize importation of petroleum products suggest that the state of our refineries is a deliberate sabotage by these powerful forces who are doing illicit business at the expense of the welfare of the people of Nigeria.

"If this were not so, why is it that the public does not know how much a litre of petrol is bought from the international market and the places we are buying from? Why is consignment deliberately left at the Ports for I4 days to attract demurrage? Why go and pile charges at private jetties again which is also part of the landing costs."

The man knows what he's saying. When a searchlight is beamed on the process, we will know whether subsidy is actually being paid or some smart alecs are just ripping us off

PoliticsRe: Why Can’t Buhari Reassure These Oil Marketers? by theV0ice: 3:50pm On May 25, 2015
OduBaba123:
He’s the reason they are on strike. They are not sure he will pay them. Why can’t he reassure them that he’ll look into their matter? Just reassure them for the interest of the poor masses.

Fuel is now N300/liter. No light for 4 days (if they’re really sabotaging it, I don’t know). Transport is high. Price of everything is rising. Even my bank is feeling it. They just sent me SMS telling me that they’ll now be closing by 1pm because of fuel scarcity.

Why is Buhari pretending as if he doesn’t know what to do?

At least, we have been hearing his voice in the media lately. Why has he NOT said anything about the fuel scarcity? Why has he not done anything the help the situation?

If he’s responsible, now is the time to show it.

He should show some sign of responsibility. Just his words of assurance can end all these. He doesn’t have to say “I’ll pay you.” All he need say is, “I’ll look into it.” how hard can that be?

Anyway, I don’t blame him. If fuel turns to N1,000 /liter, it won’t affect him. So he doesn’t care. It is us down here that are suffering it. Not him. Not them.

Men, I’m just tired of this their “everything politics.” Must Buhari become “The President” before he starts taking responsibilities?

I’m just a frustrated Nigerian voicing out my frustration. I hope somebody hears me.
He should reassure them about a payment whose genuineness even the current minister of Finance is disputing?

This is serious!!

I want to believe it's just a mere coincidence, and overblown by PDP....I watched it live on channels on Saturday but what I really don't like in the event was hw Cameron left Buhari outside after seeing him off the door to wait for his aides all alone. Cameron shd have waited and ensured GMB entered his car before he left. But not as bad as being painted.....the interval wasn't up to 10secs before his aides joined him outside.
bro, there are protocols. GMB isn't president yet. He was there in a personal capacity so that wasn't unusual at all. Was Cameron expected to chaperone Buhari's aides? You can see GMB even avoided the limelight by refusing the Nigerian High commision from turning it into an illegal 'official' event with their razzamatazz

It even shows how highly esteemed he is by the British govt for Cameron to open the doors of govt to him at such short notice without going through all the diplomatic brouhaha.

@the bold, TANoids would have us believe he was there for 30mins. They obviously don't know how fast Photo Journalists click their cameras. Maybe they assumed GMB was posing for a photo shoot there cool
PoliticsRe: Buhari Was Not 'embarassed' In London. by theV0ice: 1:47pm On May 25, 2015
i actually refused to post on those silly threads.

Only an 1diot will believe that Cameron agreed to open the doors of 10 Downing street to an uninvited or unexpected guest and the British broadcaster, Sky News will also broadcast the event.

Imagine an 'educated' Metuh saying GMB waited for 30 mins outside (which the notable broadcasters in the world failed to report) and 'intelligent' homo sapiens believed it?

Common sense is indeed not too common
