Walkee: lol what would we want to do in a region where its indigenes are even running away from to our region in order to prosper? Binis and Urhobos would be majority if Edo Decided to form its own nation. There is no shame in admitting other people are more in number than you. Also we don't like your tradition as you normally sell your daughters and claim fortunes as bride price. And your women are very adulterous Sell who, we don't sell dear. If you train your daughter and advised her to keep her innocence till her husband have her, there's no crime for the other party to commend the parents for the job well done. It's the daughter who advises her man to do so, or the man does it with his consent. It's a sense of pride to the parents for making a responsible daughter. A woman the husband would enjoy in the room and in the home. That's why I said we are different dear. It's a shame to buy your daughter with shillings, that's what you guys do, and we don't do that. And it also shows that every Igbo man is capable of taking care of the woman they marry. No parents want to give their daughter to a man with how many shillings and she would suffer in his hand. Biko, I wouldn't agree. |

Walkee:
I have never opened a single thread on Nairaland. I criticise everybody. Hausas call me IPOB, Igbos call me Yoruba, PDP call me APC etc. I am Esan. I couldn't care less about ijaw nation. Even if my Edo state secede and become an independent state I'd still be a minority compared to Urhobos and Binis. We don't travel to the East, only Igbos travel to my region despite the fact that we share border with Anambra(well, some of our people do buy things in Onitsha market) I can bet that you can't count up to 1000 Esan people in Igbo land whereas your people are all over our region. What makes you feel we will suddenly start travelling to your tiny region that will be battling overpopulation and pollution? The only place we travel to is Lagos. You said it yourself, you don't go to the east becuase you guys have a small population, the reason you made Niger-Delta to compensate your small population (not insulting, but it's blatantly clear) And we don't have anything to do with Edo people or Esan, an Igbo woman and a few men wouldn't want to date or marry there, only a few do that for extreme love, you guys are more like Yoruba people. We like Yoruba, but the cultures aren't the same thing, and we have nothing in common. Igbos are proud Jews and we love it that way. The culture of Igbos is forever on fleek. So, rest love. |

Walkee: so, if your own Igbo leaders don't even want to secede, who are you people demanding let you go? I have no power, the people you are insulting online have no power. If you can't even convince your own tribesmen in power to help you secede why the fucck are you insulting other people and demanding they give you freedom? Constitution don't mean shiit if all your governors and politicians declare it's unfair and that they no longer recognise it. You are the ones who know nothing. All you do is rant and beat chest online because it's safer. I can assure you that majority of the people don't give shiiit about Igbos. At least majority of south south people If you don't give a shit about Igbos, why do you open threads to criticize them or participate in criticizing them when they do talk about seccession matters? Check most of the threads and see which tribes or people begin the toxic discussions. Igbos hardly start a fight with them, check it yourself. Just like this thread, who started it? Majority of the South South people and I'll say, it's the South South that would cry if the Igbos does leave. ...keep dreaming Ijaw nation, but not to worry, we would be heavily secured around the eastern bothers to prevent your likes from migrating into the propserous nation. |

Walkee: lol what happened when Britain gave UK referendum? Look I couldn't care less about Nigeria. I know the game the majority ethnic groups have been playing since time immemorial. Give them the presidential ticket and all the Oduduwa and Biafra noise will be dead for the next four years.
Your governors can come together this evening and secede from Nigeria if they want to. Is it me that has never held even councillor position that's supposed to give you your Biafra?
Your governors can make public announcement this evening and declare the East is no longer part of Nigeria just as Ojukwu did and you will stop being part of Nigeria why don't they do it? It's because your people are greedy and cowardly and would rather insult other people than take risks. Your people are in the senate, House of Reps, ministerial positions etc working for Nigeria and collecting salary and all your people do is come online to insult other people and demand they give you freedom. Why don't your tribesmen resign and return to the East, tell your your governors and legislature to declare your secession and see if anyone will come after you That's a very dumb question, politicians aren't the people. Look at it this way, your on politics and you do have your agenda in Nigeria, would you want to step away from Nigeria? How would you begin? How would this new country perceive you? Would they give you an opportunity to run for office in this new country? And many more, so as a politician you wouldn't and never want to leave becuase you know what's at stake for you. There would be what we call a refreshing start. And it isn't that easy, one man can't say he wants to leave. The constitution has been made that there has to be majority in the house of representatives for a part to secede, or the president can use his veto power to let a particular group go, but none wants to do it. And I dare say, none of these politicians do not want the Igbo as president, for they believe when he's there, he'll surely allow his people to leave. If the Igbos are silent for a long time, and do not want to secede, you'll see these dubious politicians crying for an Igbo to be on office. You know nothing dear, in summary, Nigeria is nothing, read my lips NOTHING without the Igbos. |

Walkee: you completely missed my point. I'm not saying Igbos are poor or that having shops is a bad thing, I'm only responding to your insinuation that Igbos' presence in other regions improve their economy and benefit the indigenous people. That's because is the truth, I rightly say Nigeria is nothing without the Igbos, that's why politicians who have brainswashed your likes do not want to let them make their own country, when it's something that's easy to do, especially when this so-called stubborn people have been giving you headache from time. Scotland is only in Britian becuase they do understand each other, but the Scots would want to be independent, and they are in the process. But what's Nigeria's reason, but to forcefully keep them, you hate them, but can't do without them, isn't that silly? |

Walkee: madam, Igbo presence don't add a thing to our economy. The small small shops your people own here don't employ indigenes, your people bring other easteners to come and serve them, they don't provide employment, they don't build anything in the region where they are doing business, local shops don't pay taxes in the communities they're located, how exactly do they develop these regions or improve the economy of these communities? I laugh in Spanish. The small, small shops are the average Igbo men, who still desire to work when the country you call Nigeria doesn't want to support them. Do you know how many Igbos that own companies and industries abroad, even in Nigeria, talk of Obi Cubana, he was low-key, no one knew him till the time of his mom's burial where he was accidentally exposed, that's just the least of all prosperous IGBO people. Even the King of one Arabian country had commended Nigeria becuase of the Igbos. It's a known fact. Most of your people or average people do not have shops like an average Igbo man, but love to sit down and wail and cry for president, or free stuff like Bursary accounts, scholarships, from president (that's what you depend on) when they vote for their president they go back way below, way more than square one. Kantinue decieving yourself. Fight for your president, at least it would solve your people's problems. |

Walkee: lol. Nigeria is nothing without Igbo? How? Your region is one of the worst in the country, your people can't even stay there. The only region that's important in Nigeria is South South. As for Yoruba, I couldn't care less about them. Which one is "your politicians"? How many Igbo governors have supported secession? How many Igbo governors have ever supported anything beneficial to the South? Your governors don't even support their fellow southern governors in administrative matters and you are here trying to blame others for your woes. I wish they'll tell you all to go this very afternoon so that all this noise will finally end. If your region is so heavenly and prosperous why don't your people stay there? I hope they sign this secession clause so that everyone can return and remain in their region Thank you for saying so, but you do know Igbos presence in your region greatly improves your economy, and for the Eastern lands of my beautiful Igbo people just look at the East as their vacation spots, where they build their massive mansions for a getaway spot in the festive season. It's more like Lebanese, they invest in other areas and build mansions in their homes to rest and invest in other areas again when vacation is over, even the Jews of Israel do it, and Britons, and Americans, and every civil man. Most of you people are living in delusion, I believe Igbos don't support southerners becuase you people are two-faced, when you want something you claim you want it, and when it doesn't work for you well, you deny having any responsibility. The only southerners Igbo do adore and support, becuase they are brave and smart are the Efiks and Ibibio, they don't have issues, and we do live with them like they are our own. So, go and do your Niger-Delta republic and leave us alone, biko. PS: you claim you are way developed in infrastructure complexities than the Igbo states, stop decieving yourself, how many Niger Deltan people can rightly say they are happy in the contraption of Nigeria? Your people are only wailing because they are not in power. Give Peter Obi the ticket now and the Biafra noise will be dead in 3 days. You are a kid if you believe fulanis will continue to try their rubbish once Buhari is gone. Nigeria is a tribalistic country and people do anyhow when their person is in power And who told you Igbos wants the presidency. Or do you think is Yoruba and the likes that's good in eye-service, if they did want it, they'll call their certified group trian them in the act of politics and wooing and that's it. What the Igbos are fighting for is equality, and not your presidency, I don't understand the craze of presidency except putting it in history books and saying this man from this tribe was president ( that's what the Igbos don't get) I wish you were president, if so it would be better that you did that, and watch Nigeria trying to collaborate with Biafra becuase they see the growth and international power they do get in less than years. Nigeria is nothing without the Igbos, that's why your politicians cry for one Nigeria, becuase they do know when we leave, there's nothing called Nigeria again, they become like simple or plain African countries (and this is fact, not bragging) check the threads and you'll see how everyone are wailing indirectly begging Igbo's not to leave. |

Biodun556: If referendum is scheduled in 2 months time, this is how ipobians will loose on referendum:
1. Federal government places over one million Ibos in federal civil service on one months leave for them to prepare for referendum. ( this news will send shock down the spine of some ibos and they will be telling their family members the consequences of forfeiting their jobs some of them will withdraw support for biafra)
6 weeks to referendum
2. States and local governments all over the federation will place all their ibo civil servants on one months leave . This means about three million ibos are already jobless. ( with this news, some ibos will shedding tears)
4 weeks to referendum
3.state governments except those in South East withdraws C of O of all ibos who have properties. This news will make some ibos to start selling their properties at give away price while others will campaigning against biafra referendum.
3 weeks to referendum
4. Nigerian Immigration Service announces that all illegal migrants should prepare to leave Nigeria in one months time ( after referendum). By this time reality will set in and they will then realize the beautiful of Nigeria and start asking questions whether biafra could offer better lives.
A week to referendum
5. Nigerian banks, telecommunication services, electricity etc would have started readjusting to changes that may soon happen. This will make them to reduce services in the South East due to currency, political and logistics issues. This means that their will be poor or no services in South East, consequently millions of more ibos will loose thier jobs.
Referendum modalities
Should referendum be conducted in South East alone or through out the federation for Ibos who are leaving outside South East?
In the end, it will be agreed that ibos ouside South East must be allowed to vote.
What is population distribution of ibos in Nigerian?
South East 15 million
Ibos outside South East 30 million
Result of referendum
90% for Nigerian 10% for Biafra ..he said South East 15 million, or is that Yoruba population...keep dreaming, I wonder how it would shock most people when the time comes. It's people like him that would change, and say, "I knew the Igbos are really United and determined people that gun for what they want." Hypocrites everywhere. |

Moyinoluwa35: Let me take you down memory lane. Hopefully, this may stimulate your thought.
During the dark years of the notorious General Sanni Abacha, a poor criminal that became a rubie under military uniform, Nigerians were beseted with so many unexplained killings of the opposition to the military junta.
Recall that at a time these murders were blamed on NADECO by the military which forced some of the NADECO activists to go under ground. Fortunately, Dr. Arthur Nwankwo one of the founding members of NADECO narrated most of these events to me before he departed to be with the Lord.
At some point people were confused and some even blamed the deaths on other politicians.
Amongst the slain were Kudirat Abiola, Chief Alfred Rewane, Mrs Suliat Adedeji, Rear Admiral Olu Omotehinwa, Admiral Tunde Elegbede, Oluwatoyin Onagoruwa, Gen. Yar Adua etc.
Fortunately, after the death of Gen. Abacha Nigerians learnt from the horrific confession of Sergeant Barnabas Rogers that Gen. Abacha was behind the killings.
If Obasanjo who came back as President in 1999 did not force Sergeant Rogers to spill the beans during the Oputa panel with a promise to protect him, Nigerians may never have known what truly happened during this period.
However, what may also interest many of you is that at the period of these killings, Gen Mohammed Buhari the current president was with Gen. Abacha at Aso Rock. The same Buhari has been defending Abacha's action till date.
According to Buhari, Gen Abacha meant well for Nigeria. In other words he murdered these people and stole billions of dollars just to keep Nigeria together.
My problem is that many of you underrated the personality of Buhari. He may not be endowed academically but he is a calculated strategist and a vicious killer. From his antecedent, killing innocent people to advance his Fulani goals is his pastime.
We are talking of a man that paid Israeli Mossad to kidnap Umaru Dikko from the United Kingdom.
... a man that supported Abacha's numerous murder of innocent Nigerians.
... a man that sent his army to murder about 1000 Shite members for stopping Buratai convoy from progressing.
... a man that sent his army to murder more than 170 unarmed IPOB members across Igboland.
... a man that invited his Fulani brothers from across West Africa to come fight for lands with their brothers inside Nigeria
How some of you can't piece the recent events together is very baffling.
The balance of motive to kill Prof Akunyili falls more on the side of Buhari than any other group because of their desperation, history, antecedent, tribal objective etc. They may have calculated that a high profile murder will pitch the people against IPOB but they are terribly in error.
Buhari and DSS are the ones behind some of the high profile murders in Igboland. He deliberately enabled state of insecurity to destabilise the region with his political stooges. Their eyes are on 2023. He's not ready to hand over or conduct peaceful election.
Did you read DSS denying the murder of Professor Akunyili? What a plonker. For an arm a nation's secret service to come out to debunk the murder of a citizens says much about the outfit and the government of the day.
If you read some of my posts in the past, I told you that this is where we are headed to. I mentioned several times that the security architecture of the North has collapsed and Buhari and his moral urchins are on a vendetta mission to destroy the Igboland through targeted attacks.
They murdered Ahmed Gulak in Imo State and pinned it on IPOB. When the killers were apprehended they refused to disclose their identity till date.
How many of you noticed that since Buhari abducted Nnamdi Kanu and stopped his radio programme that python ceased dancing in Igboland?
Can anyone explain to me why the Governors that invited the python to dance and the snake to clap in Igboland can't invite the same people to secure Igboland from murderous hoodlums? The reason is because insecurity is in line with their overall objective. They never planned to secure Igboland.
There is a reason for this and that reason is very strategic to their overall plans.
Python stopped dancing because they have moved to the next stage of their plan which is to destroy public perception of IPOB amongst Igbos and label them terrorists at global stage.
To achieve this, they are sponsoring dissents, frustrated thugs, angry Igbo job seekers, notorious politicians, cultists, Abuja contract chasers etc to work against the interest of the group.
Sadly it is an only an IGBO man that will betray his brother at the drop of a coin. I encourage you to visit history. The Fulanis don't have that trait. I concede it to them. No matter how poor an average Fulani man is he will never betray the collective pursuit of his people for money. Igbos will kill and betray the interest of their brothers for money.
Even Fulani PDP Governors prioritised Fulani interest over party interest. That's how stupid, lame and charlatanic many Igbomen are.
How many of you noticed the incidents of armed robbers who left Biafran flags in banks after robbing banks? IPOBs are also armed robbers.
These are the same mindless rogues and poor strategists that accused Saraki of sponsoring the Offa robbery.
You also noticed the chant of "No erection in Anambra State" in murder scenes. In other words, as they were killing people, they were also chanting "no erection".
Only a classical idiot will believe that IPOB is behind the killings in Igboland. However I can also concede that Igboland today is filled with classical idiots.
Everything is programmed by state actors and their local Igbo conspirators sponsored from Abuja and rogue politicians to destroy public perception of IPOB. But they will also fail.
One of the reasons why they kept Kanu back from appearing in court was to first of all instigate public opprobrium against IPOB through sponsored killings in Igboland. They will also fail.
At this stage it is important for IPOB's hierarchy to keep denying involvement in these killings as they are presently doing and stay focused to her separatist goals.
We are dealing with the worst human being and the worst killer Nigerian army ever produced. He is a man on vendetta mission, doing everything to destroy Igbo resistance to RUGA, grazing route and his numerous electoral defeats in Igboland. He knows he is a hated figure and rightly so.
Buhari and his paid Igbo muppets and buffoonic supporters will ultimately fail. You are from heaven dear. No prejudice of any sort in your voice. |

We don't wish evil on Ibos, and anyone, hausa, fulani, Yoruba, e t c.. 3.if everything is ok and calm in d east, like u said, can you come out and do business freely on Mondays and Tuesdays? , unlike in South where u are free at all times. 4. You are causing harm to yourselves, for example, I heard of deaths in hospital cos of Monday and Tuesday no movement lockdown. Were the deaths not Eastern deaths, your own people. The burnt vehicles on lockdown days, are they not Eastern owned vehicles? Look me in d face and say the Biafra agitators were not d ones who beheaded that hausa man on Monday/Tuesday at nkpor square accompanied by that letter of no Biafra no election, tell me to my face that Biafra killers were not the ones who shot and killed d house of rep politicians driver at nkpor at d campaign train. Tell me to my face that biafra sit at home enforcers were not d ones who murders doc akinyuli on Tuesday. Lastly, I don't hate people. But I wish there could be biafra, but with diplomacy, not confrontation... Yes we in South support Biafra, but not d methods used as vehicle to achieve it.i hit the "like" button to agree with ur last statement, cos I wish all humans, including ibos well Please keep quiet if you don't know anything and stop claiming stupid smartness. Is it not east I went last week, where is the carnage there, people are happy and I was happy. Mtcheww. |
