MYHUBBY: ... Speak of yourself. Me and you who's broke. Are you not still that depressed man again, so you still have energy to insult. If you were reasonable I would have helped you with 100 dollars to settle your business, but your mindset is like rotten fish which makes people flee away. And you still brought this your silly character in this new year. PS: you're not my type. #Swerve ![]() |
MYHUBBY:Mtchewwwww, because you were my first customer. Yeye sombori . You're jealous becuase no classy, fine or sexy woman has ever commmended you. Abeg shift. |
HenryDion:My love for slim or athletic men are like five and six |
"Without Igbos hardwork and creativity, Nigerian would never have been known. We Ghannians love Igbos, that's a fact." Quote from an Ashanti-Igbo babe. I'll advice my Ghannies to employ the Igbo creatives in our country, they'll surely push us forward. |
ThEGodFaThEr125:That's why I advocate for all our Igbo nerds to create their own type of social page similar to this. We would be able to spread the good Igbo spirit there. Around here is mostly tribalistic and they love to glory in the downfall of Igbos. |
agadez007:Inferiority complex, they know we know we are better than them, so they want to cut us to their level. |
Nemere2020: |
MYHUBBY:You can use your phone dear or your laptop. All you need to do is log in their website, it's that easy. |

WorWorBoy:Nairaland Account peddler. Why didn't you people invite me here nau, are you afraid of an Agu woman's input ... Problem for who no fear Sharon's mouth. ... I would have love to add my own. |
Eastlink:I believe it was a harmless approach by the portrguese. The portoeguese needed good right hand men, because they had foreseen the prosperity of what would be Nigeria, so Ijaws were like the colonial spies of the land, their mouth piece to do their bidding. That is why till today, Ijaws hold reverence to the colonials, most of their so called native names are either portoeguese or English, and they continue to do their deeds till today. I even saw in one of their groups were one called his or herslef, "We are civilized British people" I guess that was the motto being used till date. Please they didn't come from Ghana I hate hearing that, perhaps it was Sierra Leone, biko. |
Igboid:And they are pretty mischievous in their apporach, they start by damning the history of the people, and slowly incorporating their language to the people, then intermarriages automatically take effect, when a people feel close to you, they begin to marry from your region. That's the scope they use. I'll name that strategy Ijawric 101. ![]() |
Putindbutt:Okay, they are messing up because they don't mute people if they are winning in the argument like Facebook, where you people feed yourself tales by the moonlight. ... That Ijaw History Forum on Facebook, even though I'm new there is a joke. Gosh, I'm always laughing, you guys make my day everyday. |
JANK23H:You people are so funny, you told him to argue on Talbot's and you brough another author ... Ewwwwweeeee. |
Alabo7978:No European called you Oru, stop lying. Give us the reference. You were rightly called Jo men, the Europeans weren't blind and they observed you people well enough and said the Jo men were lost and had no history whatsoever. |
EastisBae:Exactly ![]() |
gurujoe:You forgot to say they found in Abia too.... It's all coming out now. God has a way in giving blessings. ![]() |
Our Oyel people where are you , especially the ones who said Upland Igbos don't have resources. . |
NwekeUG:A Queen. I so love this girl. |
aminulive:Why do all these Ijaws love attention? |
Alabo7978:What you are saying is wholly different. The white men at these period of Bonny, Okrirka and Opobo were neutral in their apporachm in fact they either did everything for the King or Queen, according to reports I heard in the 1880s it was King George or so who ruled, and he was a mad king. The world was stereotyped at some point, so when the English and Europeans found that they weren't the only ones living in planet earth, they wanted to take as much documentation from this lands. And any distortion of information can bring death. So these explorers and professionals were meticulous in their approach when requiring information. They'd supplied them all the things they needed to stay on these lands for at least years and more to make their full research. Now, the question, how did the so called white man you say know more about Bonny and Opobo kings rituals at that given period. He even jotted down the plague which almost eliminated Ijaws, if not for the help of the Arochukwu, or the Bonny queen's death, which is well documented even till date. And so many detailed stuff. The rituals, the cultural practices. I beckon you sit down and read the book to make your unbiased notion. That said, what would Bonny and Opobo, or even Okrirka gain if they'd tried to know more about them. At least the ancestors of these city states knew about the white men becuase they'd told them everything. But the Bonny and Opobo and the likes where truthful and proud of who they were and rightly claimed being Igbo or Ebo as the white man corrupted it. They didn't mince a word. So, what fallacy are we seeing here. Is the fallacy from the ancestors of Bonny and Opobo or Okrirka or the white man who was simply doing his job documenting all he saw. I trust Igbo people if they'd seen this before you, or if these old documents was more about Ijaw and all. Igbos wouldn't even force theirselsves on it. They'll simply let it pass. But the attention came when most Bonny and Opobo claimed they were Igbos, although divided. And they spoke Igbo. IJAWS quickly lambasted such groups telling us not to listen to them that those are either foreigners of the land or slaves. But it don't add up. That is when we began to make our research and thank God for the internet archives we found it. Alagoa made his book in the early 70s or so becuase he thought the internet would never be, or he never predicted such a time. But the gods of Bonny and Opobo are angry even God is angry himself and had to intervene. Who knows it may be becuase of these things that the land of Bonny and Opobo and the likes aren't prosperous as they are meant to be. Things do happen spiritually too. Ijaws are trying to bring a curse upon the land, and that isn't fair. So, I've said much do settle down and make inductive and deductive reasoning on this, and you will find the answers yourself. |
SaintBishop:I rest my case, if you can't do this. Then forever keep arguing with your keyboard ![]() |
WorWorBoy:Okay, I dare all your generation, go to Okrirka market Square. Market Square is part good becuase you'll get an even response from everyone and say "You are all Ijaws, ABI?" Video it and send. Not this online argument. I promise you, immediately you do that we won't have all these talks. And make sure you show all the details it is Okrirka. Then I promise, if you see me say kpem... ![]() |
SaintBishop:Okrrurrrrrr ![]() |
SaintBishop:You People want to be like us by all means. Our clothes, masquerades, culture everything you people copy, copy. That's how on that silly, baseless Ijaw forum I saw one that said Isia agu was made by Ijaws; funny bunch of creek nomads. It was said by a past historian and I quote explicitly; "Jo men seem to be lost, they have no origin and culture whatsoever..." I can never forget that quote ... So the question is, where was your culture derived from? That's how you people claim from Bini, to Oru in Imo state, to Aboh, to Ile-Ife trying to make up for the mess you people are. ![]() |
SaintBishop:It is Ubani, argue with your keyboard ...most Bonny and especially Opobo people know, so that Ibani is simply an adulterated form of Ijaw language and no one is buying it. Bonny and Opobo Igbo language is Ubani, and I'm not speaking of your Ibani nosnese if you're misunderstanding me. ![]() |
