The fact z that most drugs name re like names of compound in chemistry /biochemistry and re always long, somethings like tetraoxosulphate, trioxophosphate, chloro~,ibuprofen, tetracycline, phenyl amine, etc, and both pharmacist n doctors hv offered the same courses pharmacology, Medical biochemistry and they are very conversant with the names even when only the 1st or middle alphabets z emphasized.
I am not a doctor but I hv an idea of it Bc I am a science student and I hv a friend that z a medical doctor.
I guess they do indulge that method of writing to save time, also they knew that most people that will read the report/recommendations re likely people that re conversant with their terminologies like the nurses, medical lab scientists, pharmacists.

Yes I knew that US donated fairly used anti~mine vehicles one certain time during the time of GEJ but they hv so many times boycotted the sail of fighter jets to Nigeria govt, which re very crucial in the war against insurgency, especially in respect to the aerial bombardment of potential BH hideouts in Sambisa forest.
U remember one certain time that a private jet belonging to a CAN leader with huge amount of money was ceased in SA for illegal money laundering. This was as a result of Nigeria's bid to acquire fighter jets 2ru the black mkt with Isreal.
And the same fighter jets re being sold freely to Isreal without restrictions or consideration of human rights abuses in Palestinian territory [Gaza strip n west bank ] or Are the Palestinians deadlier than BokoHaram?
To me US are just curtailing the fight against insurgency with unnecessary excuses.
