I actually don't get the fear for landlords by tenants that people usually talk about a lot. I almost locked up my landlord's wife this year over mere insults. She jumped into a conversation she did not understand and started cursing me. I almost locked her up and warned her sternly because she doesn't know who I am or what I work as. People carry unnecessary fear of their landlord around. Na house you rent and pay for. You're not being done a favour.
