I just hope you don't get more heartbroken here! My take is this: You alone can take the best decision in this. If you can take it, take it; if not, take a walk. Very few people on earth married women who were never 'touched' by other men! |
Wow - I just tried the tests. There are 4 stages. I was told that my pieces would be reviewed and feedback given. If only for the fun of it, it's well worth it. I'm sitting and waiting ![]() |
1miccza:In addition, who are those in folded sleeves...and the blue t-shirt behind Buhari? All in London? "I don't mind lies but I hate inaccuracy" |
But wait a minute, WAS IT A FRUIT-ful meeting? Why banana, water melon, juice and no solid meal? I'm not one to be much interested in Buhari's 'recuperation' narrative....FFK says, in public, what we say in our bedrooms! |
Building installers here? Where can I get a list of building installers, architects, project managers, ....any link on the data base? Please treat as urgent! |
Vintage PMB's govt...endless collection of iconic images! |
Interestingly, the bestselling books in Nigeria today are the ones that reveal how we were pathetically, politically malnourished! The books on the intransigency of NASS and Presidency will be written in the years to come! |
On the third bridge A requiem mass of vehicles, young and aging, crawled in pains and lanes, in their hundreds humming homeward. A solemn procession for the dying day. The sun now shooting from behind the clouds, summing up its hard-earned wage for which it had tanned the day! Bodies beaten and roasted in the scorching heat were being hearsed home, to different resting places, to rise again a few hours away at the next day’s resurrection; for a new world of less gains or more losses. Some held their heads in their hands – beheaded; lost in sleep, lost in thought, to the day that had taken its toll on them. Not once, deep-throated sirens harassed the requiem mass of moving vehicles; but only a single, bloated gov’ment figure was being hurtled to some dusk tea-meeting, where are milked nutrients of State. Wry smiles made cameo appearances on faces already consumed in rippling furrows of sorrow. Vehicles fumed and lay by the road gasping, a salvo once or twice, for one last breath. Exhausted. Their grieving owners stood in futility, lost in bare-handed autopsy; …others were being tugged home! Far from a struggle. This is the life; our life! There, ‘Koka stood to the left; an observatory post that transmitted memories of now fading knowledge. Beneath the much laden bridge, the waters of the lagoon flowed in light-hearted micro waves returning home themselves or simply passing into eternity. Ω |
We've lost it! |
Who is the car wedding? ![]() |

These are indications of our varied perception levels and threshold of imagination. What some people see now, others saw even before this government came on. The wailing has become some sort of Mexican wave; it will surely get to the turn of every Nigerian because the ripple is electrifying powered by hunger and systemic failure. I don't wish this government ill, God forbid; but there are strong cracks and signs that no matter how we patch things up in our imagination and regardless of our pathetic immobility to shift our patience, the walls will continue to crack. I wish Nigeria and Nigerians well. |
So, what's in the bag? |
So, what was in the bag? |
This man makes me puke! When he leaves office in a few months, you'll see the rot he's been sitting on! |

The family doesnt look like she needs this hustle... |
The questions were pre-ratified? Should the questions have been outside the accusations leveled against her? |
THIS IS GOOD BUT CAN WE UNDERSTAND SOMETHING HERE? Wikipedia is a free editing site which means that you as an individual can post or even edit an entry by someone else - en entry you consider to be wrong. If for instance you read on wikipedia that Ikeja is the capital of Nigeria, don't raise a flag. Just register or log in if you're already registered and correct it. So, to Olajumoke. We know her story and how wonderful it has been. Her team has done well to put her in the best public/global light. Her being listed on wikipedia is just one of such. Surprisingly, I don't think anyone has checked it out. The DoB is wrongly entered as 1930! That should be edited! www.wikipedia.org is a great site if you love knowledge, that is! |
He's really a Ronaldo fan! Typical! |
The 'fight' headline is as misleading as PMB's govt! ![]() |
I don't mind it if the husband carries the baby but he should not photobomb Olajumoke's photos!!! |
