Just go learn a skill if you don't have one. Learn a marketable skill, and the business around it. Then put your money into that business. Look around for a high paying skill, or any skill you have a bit of passion for.

You're doing a very good job brother. I really commend your tenacity. My friend is into farming in Oyo state, I can't remember the area now. He just planted plantain, and I believe he would do well. I have passion for farming too. But my attention shifted to real estate after reading some books. But having researched about the cost of building a student hostel, I am having a rethink. Must the land be used for farming alone? Can I buy just for keeps? Are the documents available and genuine?

Quick question guys.

Between a lady within the ages of 24 to 26 not employed and a young girl of 20 in school, which is best suited for a guy of 27 to plan his life with?

Let's assume the factors of character and love is positive.

A lady between 24 to 26 is matured to some extent.... Many at that age bracket have seen a lot of things, and they know what they want. For me, I believe at that age they are 80% ready. Even if they are not employed now, does it mean they won't be employed tomorrow? And you can even set up a business for them if you have the financial capability.
A lady of 20 in school? Bro that is not a good option... She is still in a age of exploration, she wants to go out and enjoy life. At that age they don't want anyone to restrict them... And you know stories about ladies in school too. What of the finances you will spend on her (even if she has sponsors, at all at all na winch o). And what if she dumps your ass after graduating?

The mentality of becoming a landlord at all cost really baffles me....... Building a house when you don't have a steady stream of income is suffering grade one.
Instead of putting all your resources in a house that isn't an investment is wrong.
The proper way is use that money to invest in a business with minimum risk but a sure profit... And use the profits from the business in building the house. I have a land, but I will never venture into building till I have a stream of income that would build the house....
Back to the topic.... Madam just spend your money to repair the net and take care of yourself and kids. Your husband as gotten it wrong with his mentality ( he doesn't plan on serving his fatherland, he wants the money)

For security reasons no body is allowed to park near or around a military equipment or base. I don't blame the soldiers, I believe the journalist would have said something to warrant such beating.

This is the 3rd times making the list to kaduna but having issue with medical, either my bp is high or i have a blood In my urine.

I have been at the hospital for treatment but still scared it might still be their..

U know those medical equipments the airforce are using are so advanced unlike the ones most government hospitals are using.

Now my question is, can i collect someone urine during that blood and urine check up and tender it as my own? Don't want to loose this the 4th times

Seriously bro at this stage you need a comprehensive medical check up and treatment. Nigerian Air Force doesn't compromise at all when it comes to medicals.....

This their list is heavily flawed...Nigeria is finished..I'm an applicant, I'm in 11 groups on whatsapp not mentioning Fb....Been prepping for the exams alongside friends i met on social media(who are also applicants) for
months now..After we wrote the exam, we waited with optimitism...only to see the results this morning...Out of 11 groups on whatsapp and the numerous ones on Fb that am a member in only two(i mean 2 people) saw their name...No wonder one officier during exams was telling us " isnur by exams oh...after u drop ur pen go and call ur godfather oh"..My question to Airforce is : if all the applicants on the aforementioned groups didn't make it, then, whose name is on that list biko..

Just as i was telling an applicant yesterday, it is very possible to make it without knowing anyone in the service...
I am a living example, i knew NOBODY and here i am.

Please I am really confused on which to pick. I have done registration for my school and I really don't want to miss this opportunity of job. Please your advice and criticism is welcome.

This shortlist is just for the screening which is stage 1. After this stage another list of those who passed will be released for stage 2 screening. Stage 2 is the medical screening at Kaduna. After which the final list would be released, these are the ones that would proceed on training in Kaduna.
I would advice you go ahead with your university admission.
Reasons:
1. You are not even sure of making it to the training stage, unless you have a godfather of course.
2. You would be in the 'other rank' cadre. Do you know the humiliation we go through?
3. When you see officers ( those in the commissioned officer cadre) after you might have joined the service, you will regret joining with an ssce cert.
4. Don't think going to school in the military is very easy o. It is when you join that you will understand. Going to school is very very very difficult.

Go ahead with your university admission, get your degree, then come back and join with your degree. You will be a commissioned officer, and you will command those that joined even before you were born (other rank though).

Just my point of view....... if anyone disagrees, just read and pass.
