Imagine Ghana, a country that Nigeria use to supply electricity, now want to export electricity to us? Shame on these looters that call themselves government. what are they managing @ 54 years after independent. We cannot boast of steady electricity? ...Nigeria or Ghana who have resources and manpower to generate electricity? Its so embarrassing that Ghana proposing to be selling us Electricity. However, i might not be surprise to find its collaboration of these looter and some Ghana counterpart that device these scams in order to be transferring Nigerian money abroad. |
majekdom2: social service you say .... You wrong bro . Second ,Indian's infrastructure is no way similar. Check out the healthcare system. An average Indian is ready to learn compared to a nigerian..... thats why the are given preference in the EU.do you know how many books are written by Indians especially engineering and sciences... They are picking up very fast . Perhaps you confuse the pakistani to Indians. What kind of investment? importing used products?..... you should tell me pls and I ll read it up. The truth is many Nigerians need to change their thinking and approach to problems.I have not live in indian therefore not aware of health care resources system... I know Pakistan not confuse with indian or Bangladeshi okay.. When I mentioned (social services) i.e housing and social funds . Do you know how many indians and Patel on council waiting list? and number of children's use to claims benefits and how much it costing the host country? ( i am privilege to be working and have information in these area hence know what am talking about). in reference to your write up that indian go to their motherland to invest that was quite opposite. I am not aware of preference given to Indian student by EU...However, I know UK gives common wealth countries student educational visa quota. Also dont be deceive that its all india that apply for education come here to study some of them are economics migrant here to stay, until they are caught and deported by home office. I am talking of indian infrastructure in term of producing capital wealth goods not fully develop to compare to that of china. However, better than Nigerian infrastructure because some of them are in place...e.g.. indian roads is more congested than Nigerian road... big city some area are developed while another part is absolute ghetto. Are you telling me Nigerians have not written books as well? As far I am aware anybody from MSc, PHD, even celebrates are written books here choose your topic do your research and bibliography and your source job done, not big deal. I know a lots of Nigerian that have been here studying for master degree and went back home.. Chinese are buying a lots of estate investment in UK...e.g Olympic villages, canary wharf and load of newly development property been purchase by foreigner (Chinese) causing housing shortages and higher rent for the local people... Also Chinese are involving in importing items like phone, laptops and spares direct from china to UK, EU market... You cannot blame our fellow Nigerian, some of us really doing our best to help develop Nigeria. Please blame those we put to manage and develop our public resources not doing right thing......talking of repatriation of 128 Billions last year alone to Nigeria is large significant amount to any economy..that can be used to provides jobs, investment in our country...However, most of these funds will be stolen, wasted and used to bribe public official in order to get services done.. |
koning: You are on point with chinesse, however, you cannot compare the kind of incentives available in china motherland with that of Nigeria. (pre requisite basic insfrastrutre for development abundant in china) that our government cannot provide. China is number one industrial countries in the world. if you need to produce capital goods china is number one country of choice for westerners. Chinese got incentives to use abroad as a base to start importing and selling their goods here abroad. Although Indian industries seems to be picking up, but cannot really class them as developed, nevertheless ahead of Nigeria in terms of producing capital goods and sources of power for development is very good. However, Indian infrastructure seems similar to that of Nigerian some we'll developed while other area are neglect an appalling ghetto's.... Its quite opposite for Nigerians in abroad here we do a lot of investment back home, retention remits last years is about 128 Billions dollars, (but our development is hamper due to lack of source of power to produce our capital goods). However, some of the indians friends here believe they are here to stay and whiter than white, don't even like visit homeland either prefer to go Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore etc...they dont like going back to indian , expect when they want to do arrange marriage of their daughter or son. They prefer to bring entire family to leave here and depend on social services... |
majekdom2: oh , thank goodness... You have not met a Nigerian that will defraud you over there. They are all over the place, however aware of the consequences and many of the languishing in jail here.... |
Chinom: I have deliberately avoided this thread because i'm sick and tired of the same line of arguement over and over. Nigerians stuck in de diaspora would continue to justify their stay in US, Uk and Europe by castigating, insulting, degrading and rubbishing Nigeria as a country. To tell you the truth even with lottery of $500M, I will continue to live in UK....and continue to do my business in Nigeria. I will never relocate back to Nigeria. Its stressful lifestyle in Gidi (Nigeria)...no need to keep repeating obvious problems that some us personally experience and explained here on NL... e.g Business rip off by family and close friends... armed robbery experience by my family.. infract as mentioned here in NL most Nigeria cannot be trusted , corrupted from top to the bottom, obvious reason why some foreigner and firms does not want to invest here. Its Nigerian living in diaspora that helping Nigeria economy by remiting hard currency like Dollars, Euros and sterling home to relatives and friend in Nigeria. Most of us want to come and help our fatherland, we just need basic thing of life like food, shelter, light and securities...To come home after hard day work, to turn on TV and fan, to sleep without fear of armed robber, that we take for granted here in abroad. A place you can do business and flourish without marauding 419's ready to rip you apart. I relied on government to provide basic amenities like constant electricity light, good road and protect of life and property...i.e not adequately provided by our present and succesful government. |
On serious note, I will advice you to port out of Nigeria asap, when you still have the chance. I was once a dreamer like (you), who held view that I will never check out like "Mr Andrew". I believed its drop out and failure rich man's sons that travel abroad....However, those days Nigeria can boast of jobs awaiting newly secondary or university graduates. I started work with Nigeria Ports Authority, An opportunity arise to travel as shipmates in Nigeria ship to England at work place, I took the chance never regret it till today. What are you waiting for in Nigeria? Kind of daily stressful life, Bokoharamite, PHCN, Looting, etc ? Does it worth it? , You can take the job and still fight for Nigeria sending money home , starting up business, bring home capital goods, have the best of both world...I hope you don't live to regret your decision only time will tell. |
prissyluv: I like fish a lot when fried. But am tired of its constant oil splashing when frying it.Simple buy electric deep frier...Put fish in frier close the lid, within 5 minutes your fish is ready to eat.... |
Flameboy26: I pray trailer shed jam u die Mr lochasWhy wishing the guy to die? Did Governor take your wife? "Nwoke welu nwayo biko" |
The Federal Government said on Friday that it had approved N213bn facility to rescue private electricity companies. Couple of months ago Government sell off PHCN, we are told private sector will relieved government and tax payer all failure and financial burden of government running these sector. That private company will use their expertise and investment capital to run these sector successful...why is federal government now funding these with tax payer money?, should it not have been left with PHCN? .Why are these private company not providing effective very efficient services and making profit as promised?. Its obvious company was sold cheaply to their party members with no knowledge of running these sector. To conclude our government lack knowledge, no moral, very wasteful, deceitful and absolutely corrupts..... |
macof: You are not Nigerian so get out, this doesn't concern youwhat make you think he is foreigner. Its because of the photoshop poster picture on his cover? ....However, what he wrote make sense by analysing our tribe, ethnic group and those big tribe seeking to breakaway from Nigeria. its a lot complex and complication, especially we been bind together for many years. |
Why do i feel it wasn't free and fair[/quote What make you think its not fair election? ~England is motherland for democracy. All the voters and voting duly verify register voters counting was done in open hall where all parties representative are presents, done within one day. what else make a fair election? ...so stop right there, The loser already congratulates the winner and Scotland have accepted majority verdict and move on. Please remember every country is not Nigeria (politics of dead), where votes are rigged with frauds. This should be lesson to our Nigerian politicians on how to conduct free and fair election... |
ogele: HELL HOLE, DEVILS ABODE. HOME TO 81% OF NIGERIAN PYSCO'sDon't know the states of origin that you are living before you get your visa to Australia. However, remember home is home, and its where the heart is...It maybe hell shit hole to you, but to millions that resides in Lagos its home. Is it because you are now living in Australia that qualified you to call those living in Lagos as 81% Psychos'? you are disgrace to your race, as majority of the people where you resides are more psychos and evils than those living in Nigeria. Please stay where you are, continue to live like fourth class citizen, keep washing oyinbo toilet and doing odd jobs. Its matter of time before you are caught and depot back to (shit hole) as reality of home is home will sunk into your head. |
Lagos is hustlers paradise, melting point for all Nigerians. Its a place where you learn different ideas and replicate it in other places. Lagos is where dreams and hopes are made possible and dash. However, its land full of opportunity for the hard working and smart indigenous, local and strangers...Living in Lagos anything is possible, reason why the state is attractive to fellow Nigerians from other states... donnie: The pastor has not totally surrendered to the call to ministry. He loves this present world so much that he is willing to give up even his salvation for it. That isSo your scripture told you op pastor is not fit for christendom kingdom. Judged not, ( Have you or your pastor ever been to heaven and back?), how do you know, who will enter your so call kingdom of heaven and hell?).... TB Josua to deprive him of love one, wreck and destroy op family life, disrespect to his father, all in the name of serving man of gods . The op pastor having a child exposed TB Josua lies and nothing to do with god approval as you mentioned. The lesson to all you christian follower out there, be smart use your head don't follow religious or man of god blindly as evidence in these case. |
Samakinr: Perhaps you should have applied as a representation of reeva, thinking you are more 'righter' than the person you quoted...see as you jump to conclusion despite being glaring that you are naive in this case. He shot 4 times not 7...(you even made mistake in the simplest point)What your point silly billy? This guys got away with murder period. Why are you asking me to apply as Reeva legal rep, does it make sense to you? Its seven bullet holes..not four as you mentioned. what does it matter either 4 or 7 times.....what is glaring to you in this case? The fact he shot and kill is girlfriend....and somebody praising da lord that justice as been serve for killer get away with murder? |
bizngr: Praise da Lord!Praise da lord for killing is fiancé and getting away with murder? why are you praising the lord? Is it for pumping gun seven times through bathroom door while she was screaming for help? Its a matter of time mark my word he will kill again. I hope you or your love one don't end up in similar situation. I can only imagine what the parent of his girlfriend going through right now with this injustice...when a killer has been let loose..... |
Is the road leading to property properly tie and motor able? Is price negotiable? |

All you need to do to is go to your seller listing, cancel listing and give reason " item no longer available" If you have already receive money via pay pal refund the buyer as you are unable to fulfil the order. However, if you think you can fulfil delivery of the item via Fex exp as you mentioned go ahead and inform the buyer when to expects delivery...very simple as long as you are honest , not trying to scam the buyer. |
hiroz: enyeama!!error! Some people quoting him as best ever Goal keeper in Nigeria or African on Nairaland here, making such a blunder decision to come out and unable to punch the ball out properly... I think we should dumped some of these foreign player and use local hungry players who are hungry to play for Nigeria..Missed Babatunde today.in that middle field...driving eagle forward... |
rudedough: I understand now, and I'm sorry for misinterpreting you. I bloody hate the hype about the UK, I hate it because I lived and studied there for years. There's no social life there, just busy people working as slaves for the Government.I partially agreed with your point that should Nigeria government can guarantee 24 hrs stable electricity, good road network and security most Nigeria will come back home to invest...but not coming back to live in Nigeria permanent. Myself and majority of students who studies in Uk tend to become hater , because of the difficulties, challenges faced during our school days. We like to compare and envy ordinary small island like UK. We ask ourselves why our Nigeria government can't provide these basic thing of life, that England provided for their citizen. However, studying in England is twilight years, there is never a dull moment, parties at friends house, highway driving to other cities on friday night after lectures to attend parties and highway car chasing on motor way is nothing but fun never a dull moment. On issues of modern slavery, for your information England don't need African immigrant, plenty of Eastern European union and Asia workers are preferred over African immigrant workers. British government don't force these people to come, they voluntary paid their ticket come here to provide modern slavery as you mentioned. What is attracting these people to come here? I preferred to go back and live in England rather than subject myself to unbelievable amount of suffering wasteful life that I am now enduring in Nigeria. |
Yes . Why not, I have seen a lots of student who have done it in the past to overcome challenges and obstacles achieving objective of studying and getting parmanent UK residence. 1. Accommodation issues, solution stay with family/friends for six months with the hope of moving on to renting your own place. . 2. Employment/Job/making money. to pay bills very important. However, If you're hard working, manual jobs in abundant, no withe collar jobs until you have British job working experience and work etiquette in UK... after one year you should be okay. 3. Networking with Nigeria Christian churches in Uk are very helpful and accommodating they will provide you help and support you needed. 4. Attending lecture and paying school fees is very important as you don't want school authorities reporting to immigration that you don't attend lecture or not paying your universities fees...I think as student you are allow 15hrs work as part time....however some student work more than 15hours weekly, but don't get caught otherwise you will be sent home for breaching immigration law and deported. 5. Be humble and rightness in all your endeavour. Please don't join bad groups, always remember the son of who you are, where you're coming from, remember your goal is very important. Then you will be okay word is enough for the wise. |
Happy New year in advance Mr President. So far so good may god continue to give you wisdom and guidiance to enable you rule this great country of ours.... From leadership point of view, I can feel your pain, Nigeria is a very complex country to governance. However, my New year wish or resolution from you is 24hrs Electricity, Good Road Network, Security, abundant employment for my people. God Blessed you Mr President and God blessed every Nigerians both in Nigeria and abroad.... |
matrixme: Just what is the problem with these young American career ladies? The other day it was one gunning down an African lion and proudly uploading pictures on the internet, recently it is another dumb one who thinks AIDS fly like Mosquitoes in Africa. You would think that women of their caliber would have a better sense of places around the world. It's the fault of the sensational American media anyway, that often brings a biased picture to their TV screens. I guess they also still think most of us are slum dwellers and the rest still sew leaves as clothes. Its powerful media world in western world.. Every christmas period media bombard citizen with radio, newspaper and television advert, showing how children in African are malnutrition, living in slum, children faces cover with flies, fetching drinking water from feaces invested river. etc Citizen are ask to donate money, to help these poor child in Africa to live better life. The Citizen actually fall for these scams every year, millions of dollars are raised by charities organization as ordinary citizen really believe these stories true.( Oyinbo scams). However money raised, tarnishing these poor african children never goes to the so call poor children, it end up with bureaucracies... The irony is who to blame ordinary African citizen ( issue raised in your report), or should we blame our African government that fail to act nor care about powerful wrong image and message been sent out to the world Its all brain washed and propaganda by western media world....as they want to maintain status quo. |
gbadexy: But why is hiv prevalent in africa despite the wayward ways of the white like swinging, public nudity, group sex, higher drug usage etc.Its prevalent in African and some Asia countries due to westerner agent carrier, because of their financial capability goes to poorer countries as tourist paying local for sex...in the process infect and spreading aids.. Infection rate is large and evidence in some east and south african countries like Malawi, Zambia, Kenya, Zimbabwe and south African as these area are tourist magnet and local infatuation with whites... Evidence of new strain highly resistance due to use of preventive resistance drugs abroad by western countries, aids carier travellers from abroad like Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon brought these back home and infect local people creating dangerous highly resistance type. Solution is to have safer sex. |
Sorry don't like using swearing word. Evil bitch forgotten their permissive life styles help spreading aids in African and worldwide. White Homo, pedophile and aids carier travelling to poorer African countries like Malawi, Kenya, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Malaysia and Philippines paying local for sex, meanwhile infecting and spreading aids in all these countries. She forgotten that research shows evil conniving mad western scientist spread aids in african through infection of monkey colonies group they are researching, local get infected via food chain web scenario. |
