This uniform was sized few weeks ago when Bokos ambushes' Nigerian Army, killing and capturing some alive. Bokos malicious have been using our soldier uniform for operation like road block, ambush villages and gorilla attack. However, you would have though that our military intelligent (if we got one) should have change operational uniforms, used some marked armband to distinguish real Nigerian Army from fakes Bokos foot soldiers...

I hate when official are quoting confidential of information act, What about right of people to know, freedom of information act concerning public and government official. It's our right to know how our resources are being use in various ministry.. I am not justifying detainee dying in custody. However, specialist security personnel are not trained killer as you wrote. They are trained to interrogate suspect and strictly operate under international code standard laid down in Geneva convention Law on treatment captured enemy combatant. They would not allowed Nigerian army to summarily kill these detainee. However, detainee may died in custody in any party of the world due to various reason health issue, under interrogation, sducidal etc, Please we are talking of our government that swear to an oat protect innocent citizen in Nigeria. Do you agree with amnesty allegation that was not proven, on how these thousand detainee died? where are the evidence? which states , names and pictures of these atrocities?. Investigator will not detain people for doing nothing (e.g yourself as sympathiser of terrorist because you are not linked) (yet)? To be a detainee investigator must have reason that detainee are active or presume to be involve in act terrorism. Ominous is on them (Boko detainee) to prove their innocent. What do you want investigator to do? leave them to commit more atrocity? e.g Barbaric massacre and butchered of agricultural student and innocent Nigeria. Originalsly: Nonsense. Name me another country where a contractor would be allowed to shut down an expressway to do anything....even to resurface the expressway. Now this one is shutting it down to install beams? How was it done before? Why didn't they build a detour/temporary road for traffic to get around that location? How can the authorities allow this? Would they even think aboit doing that in China? This just makes one think what are the terms of their contract. This is a slap in the face of all Nigerians. But after all...I don't blame them...I blame the ones that allow them to do that and disrespect Nigerians in Nigeria.

Here in US, Uk and other European country, road can be closed for several hours even days, incase of accident, Road works, gas pipe line leak, water leakages etc. I have been in gridlock for more than 10 hours because of road accident and the route was closed for traffic. its call health and safety concern and investigation ..Its better to be save than risk people lives. People are given bulletin board notice in advance and re-direct route, in case of construction work contractor detail and telephone number to contact for enquiry.... The Local authority allow this because contractor has legally applied to carryout work in that particular area.... However, Road resurface are done in the nights and weekend basis from 11pm to 4,30am not during the week days due to heavy road traffic. If its major work road will be closed and you will be advice to use other road diversion routes.

How on earth should installing precast beams for a pedestrian bridge amount to a closure of road with newspaper advertorials? Before now, how are the several beams for flyovers and pedestrian bridges litred all over Nigeria and expecially Lagos installed?

In every civilised country, advance warning or notice are given to citizens, due to the nature of work to be done. You as a citizen should be very grateful for the advance notice to help you plans your day. However, are you complaining or making sadistic remark?

Why is Nigerian Government keep wasting resources on unattainable project...my point is successive government never learn from previous mistake... Why embarking on elephant project that you cannot maintain... What happen to Volkswagen of Nigeria , Peugeot automobile Nigeria, are assembling cars plant decaying and fading away.. . why banning importation of foreign cars? we cannot even make spare part for local vehicle? Our government need to develop Ajaokuta and other steel complex to enable us, manufacture basic car component and spares, gradually we move on to develop our own car. The problem with our government they never carry out planning, research and viability of these paddy paddy project, that will enrich their own pocket, because no one will make them accountable....Please don't ban importation of cars as it will create scarcity and high prices on local available vehicles.

I dont know how they conduct this empirical research, however, compare to what I witness and aware both in Britain and US putting their old parent in care home, being subject to abuse by career. Does it count as caring for their old people?. I must emphasise their government give older people home and allowance to live on. I think Nigeria as a nuclear family, we do take care of our elder and respect them, provide for them individually as ( confirm by my Oyin osha friend). However I am not sure what Nigeria government provide for elder citizen. I for one look after my old age mum and dad period.
