I'm sorry that your dad didn't feature in your life as a child, you are angry and blame your mother for this. Maybe rightly, maybe wrongly. All I know is that both parents have a part to play in a child's upbringing and his decision to abandon you is his only, whatever your ma may have done, he should have faced her squarely and not let that absolve him of his responsibility to a child he helped bring into the world.

You are just a lost little boy who wasn't loved enough as a child and therefore angry at the womenfolk. I can understand how much that hurts, but lashing out won't help. It just feeds the hurt and the bitterness till it consumes your very existence.

Yes they have a small population but they are very productive, unlike Nigeria who are 200 million n yet completely unproductive. Now let me let u in that only around 60 or 65 percent of equatorial guineas revenue is crude oil, they have other sources of income n they are using them all, unlike ur broke Nigeria that sell only crude oil..

Go check their minimum wage, it is around 75k.

DONT do it. Almost swallowed a cocktail of pills one time in 2016 before my lil bro entered the house from school. I was ill, lonely and single not by choice, broke, disrespected and jobless and I hated it and wanted all the pain and shame to end.
I was a jobless graduate who had friends making it and it felt like it would never end and I was always going to be late.
I almost did it before my bro entered the house and suddenly called out my name before I answered with a shaky voice and hid the pills which I later threw away. One of the few occasions in my life I still consider divine intervention. Fast forward to 2019, I have a perfect fiancé (not perfect but u know what I mean) , a good job which pays well (today I get to complain about long hours and small pay ) and there are so many plans we have and the future looks so bright and I've been working not even 2 years now.

My life isnt even close to perfect but things are so much better than just three years ago when i was at my lowest. I'm actually doing the things I always planned to do now. Its crazy. I dunno what u believe but no matter what it is, life generally has a way of sorting things out. Write those applications, learn the trade..just do something and you'll be fine. I'm proof. Hold on. Don't do it.

When people are married, the finances belong to both of them, whether the man makes the money and woman is a stay at home mom or the woman makes the money and the man is a stay at home dad And nowhere in Nigeria does it happen that a man gets dispossessed of his marital property because his dead wife was the one who made the money. Y’all got jokes.

For all we know, one person made the sacrifice to be home and take care of the home while the other person earns the income. Now to classify that as not contributing anything to the home is just a way to demean the contributions of the stay home parent. Which in itself is gender discriminatory because if men traditionally are the home keepers, that role wouldn’t be undermined. People wouldn’t look down on it.

You’re the ones arguing when there shouldn’t be an argument. So because someone wasn’t the financial contributor in the marriage, they deserve to live on the street when the bread winner dies? And By gold digger you mean the person they built a family with?. Unbelievable!

Why isn’t a married person entitled to the property that their partners acquired while married to them? So who’s entitled to it then? The siblings who didn’t build the family with them. Please stop talking/typing.

Why doesn’t a man need that back up to protect him against his in-laws in the case of his wife’s death?
