Bank dat cannot pay dividend, dat one na bank? |
Am I the only one that has noticed more Bullion movement nowadays? E be like say dis people jus dey print money dey distribute meanwhile N100 wey dem suppose change fa fa fa fowl! N100 jus be like Lagos |
Somebody wanted to take over as the new Jagaban of Lagos and SW. Do you know how much money he would have made if this gamble paid off and how influential he would have become. Refuse is not moin-moin. Do you know how much waste Lagos generates on a day-to-day basis. Imagine every household in Lagos paying N1,000.00 a month to ONE company. |
Really? |
What did he expect? He rode on the back of a lion (Scar not Simba but a lion nonetheless) and expected not to be eaten? What happened to the legendary political sagacity? Imagine building an empire only to fall on your own sword due to insatiable lust for money and power. People who pay no attention to history are bound to 'Rinse repeat' it.

When some told you to watch this man una no gree |
It's ALWAYS about image with Buhari and Nigerians can sabi do eyeservice! Cunny man die, Cunny man Bury am! For exposition on how Buhari 'fights' corruption check out this video https://twitter.com/Tutsy22/status/964080905219465216 Meanwhile perception is some people's reality if Buhari was FAT they would belive he can steal. Na lepa deceive some of una.

This in some way explains the move to reorder polls. The first two Governors mentioned got in by stroke of luck. One via 'Sai-Buhari' in the North the other due to the passing of the party's candidate. Since attaining executive power they have run rough shod over the party machinery in their states. APC won the elections majorly by propaganda. They had no concrete plans for power sharing even in their own party, and coupled with the mercurial incompetence of the President the entity known as APC has proved abortive Nigerians your destiny is in your hands |
If as some argue, there's no effect then why the noise. Let the Assembly Members go first and test their popularity with their constituents who they have represented over the last 4 years. They put themselves first. Let them go on. Some politicians benefited from the general annoyance with GEJ and have now shown that they are no better. |
Lagos the land of double taxation (triple in some cases) will now in addition be the land of double utility Levy. forget that you're paying for nothing |
When you try to hard to work for your money I can just see "I go far above and beyond the call of duty in delivering my tasks" on his CV. ![]()

Apparently there's a place in Lagos where Saboteurs go to buy large amounts of waste in order to place in wring locations and tarnish the government's image |
We're in the month of February. Tell me something I don't know. This is how Buhari fights corruption

If you don't do anything else today watch this video https://twitter.com/Tutsy22/status/964080905219465216

And you all thought Buhari was done with his bizarre nepotisitic inept brand of Change D guy jus dey warm up |
I have to recalibrate my assessment of the VP |
So, why is there no actual progress at the site? |
Ni tori eran.... |
Hehehehe ![]() A real case of fool me once Shame on you, fool me twice Shame on me! A. The man from Bourdillon is arguably the most influential politician in the South West. B. It goes to say that the whole South West is only as intelligent as he is. Correct? However, going by the results of the poll below it would seem unequivocally that A & B above are no longer true!

This is so sad coming from Soyinka. Nigerians (some at least) just love demagogues. Soyinka has been made a demagogue to some and he can do no wrong or utter no wrong word. Soyinka endorsed Buhari and in part endorsed the bestowing of 'demagoguery' on him - 'a corrupt free man that can change Nigeria'. (any one who pays attention to history with objectivity would say the man had no chance given his antecedents). Then the fellow 'messes up spectacularly' only for excuses to be made up to cover his and the others rank foolishness. Trance Ko, Chance ni

jerseyboy:QED! |
This Ladies and Gentlemen is what 2019 looks like One reason why the APC came up with so many conspiracy theories in 2015 (which have since been disproved eg 1000Snipers/Sniper List, making PDP making Nigeria ungovernable etc) is because this is what they do naturally (proof abounds) If you watched the video where Buhari received GEJ's phone call and you think the look on his face is the look of a man that would do same....well, good luck |

Predictably so 1. Why is Lagos State Owing so much? N40B much! https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/news/general/lekki-toll-plaza-lagos-to-recoup-n40bn-debt-in-23-years/75652.html 2. Debt owed when money has been drawn down. If the toll was used in part to fund the construction of the Road WHILE THE ROAD WAS BEING CONSTRUCTED, what was the money drawn down used for? The contract sum was N54.5B for 49km of road. Lagos is owing N40B when only 19km out of 49km has been constructed in spite of ongoing toll collection since completion of first 2.5km section (Falomo to Admiralty Circle). 3. Why and How did Lagos State Determine that expanding the pre-2010 road by only two lanes would be better than providing a robust 10 lane expressway like the Abuja Airport Road espescially given the potential volume of traffic in the Lekki area? 4. How come the 10-lane Abuja Airport road (including pedestrian and road bridges) constructed by no less than Julius Berger cost lower (comparatively with increased work) than the 2 lane expansion on the Lekki Epe Road. (N108B for 26km vs N54.5B for 49km) https://guardian.ng/news/president-pledges-to-pay-outstanding-n5b-on-road-project/ [‘’The Lot 1 of the project, which is 13 kilometres and put at a cost of N59 billion, involved the construction of 21 bridges with concrete lined channels and precast U-Channels while the Lot 2 of 12.5 kilometres put at a cost of N49 billion, comprises the construction of two new service roads with two lanes each as well as the rehabilitation of two existing main carriage ways and expansion from two to three lanes each making a total of 10 lanes of both service and main carriage ways.’’] 5. Why Did Lagos State pay LCC N6B to buy back the concession which still included a hefty debt component? https://www.vanguardngr.com/2013/08/why-we-terminated-lekki-epe-deal-with-lcc-lasg/ https://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2013/08/28/lekki-concession-lagos-explains-rights-buy-back/ [Rather, the government said it is engaged in buying back the rights pertaining to the concession ahead of the 30-year period stipulated in the Design, Build, Operate and Transfer (DBOT) Concession Agreement. This is to be achieved by purchasing all the shares in LCC] 6. Why Did Lagos State increase the Toll on the Road (via an organisation it now owns in totality - LCC) when increase of toll was the main reason given for buying back the concession? [On 28 August 2013, LSG announced that it would buy back the Lekki-Epe Expressway concession rights by purchasing all LCC’s shares. The reasons LSG cited for this were: ? assumptions underlying the Concession Agreement changed ‘drastically’, including devaluation of the Naira and increased construction costs. ? LCC intended to increase tolls at the Admiralty Circle plaza, from N120 to N144 for cars, and introduce tolling at the Conservation and Campus plazas. This was required to cover higher interest payments, maintain availability of the road and fund completion of Sections 3 and 4.] Pg 79 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/776191468338369513/pdf/937780NWP00PUB0aper00SSATPWP1020PPP.pdf 7. Why has the alternate 6km Coastal road (which was a prerequisite for the Express Road) not been constructed to date? https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/project-portfolio/p-ng-db0-008/ [Description Project consists of the following: 1Rehabilitation and widening of 1st 23km and rehabilitation of the last 26.5 km of the 49.5 km Lekki to Epe expressway in the Lekki corridor in Lagos city, 2Building of a new ramp at Falomo junction to carry right turning traffic onto the Falomo bridge 3Building of new foot bridges along the right of way to carry pedestrian traffic hence improving on road safety for pedestrians 4Building of the 1st 6km of the coastal which itself is contingent on the construction of the coastal defences by Lagos State Government 5Rehabilitation/building of 10 inter-connecting roads between the expressway and the coastal road] 8. Why did the Governor not make Public the fact that when he suspended tolling of the Road in 2009 that Lagos State STILL paid the concessionaire for loss of revenue during the period? https://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2010/12/30/fashola-suspends-toll-collection-on-lekki-road/ [The concession agreement provides for three toll plazas. Each was to be opened after completion of construction works on the associated road section. Tolling was planned to commence at the Admiralty Circle toll plaza (Section 1) on 3 January 2010. However, LSG requested that LCC delay tolling and, on 30 December 2010, LSG announced an indefinite postponement of tolling, citing residents’ concerns and the need for an alternative route. LSG agreed to provide ‘shadow’ toll revenues to compensate LCC for the loss of revenue. Tolling was finally introduced on 18 December 2011 and resulted in protests by residents and drivers] pg 78 http://documents.worldbank.org/curated/en/776191468338369513/pdf/937780NWP00PUB0aper00SSATPWP1020PPP.pdf 9. If AfDB provided funds that are now being owed, where are the funds the Local financiers provided and what were these funds used for in the light of the non-completion of the remaining 23km of the road? and how come the proportion of completed road roughly tallies with the amount of finance AfDB provided? What were the tolls used for? 10. deomelllo:My source is me. Dispute that if you are the same deomelo then you are just being clever by half as you would know for certain what the status of the claim is. That is if you haven't just been defending the governments in Lagos from a point of total complete ignorance. |
