Fine let's assume the Senate is corrupt. EFCC with an acting chairman may be technically incompetent to bring cases before a court. What this means is they will lose more cases and because of this and double jeopardy, very corrupt individuals will walk free never to be charged again. The insistence on Magu suggests somebody somewhere needs technical 'whitewashing' by the courts to give him or her a new lease of life in 2019.
