All I know is that the Bible teaches us to avoid any thing in excess and Jesus turned water into wine. Whether it was alcoholic or not I don't know

And I have just found out that there is a word for it . It's called gamophobia.

In today's world there's a word or term for everything. You don't want to get married or the fear of getting married "gamophobia".
If you read your Bible, there are several parts it says do not be afraid. Sorry I can't quote any verse but it is there, now do you know that the family is the foundation of the church and God Instituted marriage as a means for the procreation of man and growth of the church.
Now do you know why the family is under so much attack these days, because the devil doesn't want the continues growth of the church, so he continues to derail people by putting this fear of marriage in them and breaking the ones who are in it already.
So my advice to you is this, in everything you do in this life do not be afraid
I will assume that you went to Uni and graduated, did the fear of not succeeding stop you, I guess not.
You want a job but the country's economy is very bad and people are even loosing their jobs, did that stop you from applying, I guess not.
So why should marriage be any different?
You maybe wondering why I'm taking my time to tell you all this, well that's because I have been there, there was a time in my life I felt I will not find love so why bother looking for it. Turns out I eventually did and it changed my life. She is not perfect but neither am I, and I hope one day you too will find your knight in shining armor to make you believe that marriage is something worth fighting for.

I was very suicidal at one point in time but I got help from my church leaders and now I'm doing quite well. I understand that life is not easy. Nothing is easy. But I don't see why I will willingly seek out problems. like you said, marriage is not a safe haven, so what is the use?

Then don't go into it, it just ain't for you. Steve Jobs said "don't start a business unless there is a wrong that you want to make right". In my translation I believe that he meant don't do anything you know you can't be passionate about. Good luck, good night.

Even life gives you problem but have you considered committing suicide? I think not, my point is that there's problems everywhere, so marriage should not be seen as a safe haven, it is hard work. Even if you decide not to marry, it would not make life easier because life will still give you problems till the last.

1. The Bible never said every woman must marry. Even though it is an institution ordained by God for the procreation of mankind.
2. You said you didn't want problem, then clearly marriage is not for you. Marriage is for those who can see a problem and rough it out together. Marriage is hard work. People get into the university hopefull never to have any "problem", but that is not always the case. And that never stopped others for going into the university because "they don't want problem"
3. In Marriage, you have to learn to compromise. If you see someone who meets 75% of your expectations, that's a gold find. Take it or leave it. You can never get all you are looking for from one person. Even God is still" Three persons in one"

There's a very bad misconception about s3x in a relationship. And that misconception is that it's the guys that need it the most but truth be told I have had an encounter with a woman who was honest enough to admit that and I quote "a girl has needs too"
So s3x in a relationship actually swings both ways, meaning both parties need it but only one (guys) are man enough to admit it.

Please there's absolutely nothing wrong with drinking beer, wine or taking alcohol because even in the Bible Jesus turned water into wine. The problem comes when one gets drunk, or something like drunk driving which can lead to killing someone.
