If so, the complaints are justified.

But you are right that no President has appointed a Southern Kaduna Christian as CDS. Luka Yusuf was a Southern Kaduna Chrisitian, but his appointment by Yar'Adua was for the position of COArmyS.

Tinubu never knew Yemi Osinbajo before he contested for the Lagos governorship in 1999. Yet, he accepted the recommendation that was seconded by another member of his inner circle, to pick a certain Yemi Osinbajo as his Commissioner for Justice.

That is the kind of person Tinubu is.

Nothing, because like the CIA, they do not disclose their activities nor do they give account of monies that they are allocated but not explicitly referenced in the national budget.

That case was a foolish case to prosecute from the beginning.

If they found that the NIA head had personal wealth beyond his office, they could go ahead with a personal prosecution.

But trying to prosecute the agency head for acknowledging that cash found in a secret stash house actually belongs to the NIA, when you know that the NIA is a discrete organisation that cannot transact business with the normal paper trails, was a big folly that Buhari allowed but corrected at the twilight of his regime.

This was one case that the intelligence community in Nigeria already told the Buhari Government to desist from, that the funds was for covert operations.

I also don't recall that the head of the NIA was found to have used the funds for personal accumulation of wealth/assets that was reported by anyone or EFCC itself.
