You are a sore loser.

This is one thing the naysayers never factor into their arguments. Neither Obi nor Atiku stand any chance at Aso Rock.

Let's even assume there's a remote possibility of them triumphing at the tribunal, on what basis are they gonna be sworn in? Or their only prayer is for the cancellation and redo of the elections?
They only seek to destroy that which they know they cannot have.

According to Inec or according to actual voters? Cos from the real results, tinubu came distant 3rd, he got almost the same votes as kwankwoso. Just so you know.
You just proved what I asserted about your delusion.

You would soon regale us about how all of SouthWest voted for Obi, and how he won Sokoto, Zamfara and Borno.

Just to win majority Chrisitian and Catholic Benue, Obi and all his CAN supporters couldn't can.

A single suspended Catholic priest delivered Benue to Tinubu.

Thats according to INEC which was greatly compromised. Same INEC that announced Uzodinma 4th.

Obi won but INEC did not collate his votes properly because they wanted Tinubu having being bribed
You are still delusional that Obi must win despite losing miserably in the Muslim North and also losing Benue to Tinubu.

You are one of those who suffered Naira scarcity with the hopes that Emefiele will help reduce Tinubu votes. Despite all the reduced votes from the angry voters, Tinubu still beat Obi with about 2.7m votes.

Tinubu and Obi are not mates in politics.

But Obi is already ruled out being stuck with only 15 states and FCT as the only federation units he scored up to 25%.

He already knows Atiku is stuck on 21 states.

While Tinubu was able to secure a whooping 30 states.

Even Sanwolu sought Igbo blacket support.
Tinubu did the same and it is left for the Igbo to choose who to support.
The Igbos should learn to vote quietly in Lagos just as same Igbos quietly vote in Kano or Sokoto.

Vote individually and quietly and not make it a tribal objective to vote for a particular candidate that is then publicly propagated as a show of strength.

Igbos will not decide who rules in Lagos just as no other tribe decides who rule in any Igbo state.
PoliticsRe: “Jimi Chukwuemeka”. Throwback Picture Of APC Associating Jimi Agbaje With Igbos. by Throwback: 7:10pm On Jun 25, 2023
The greatest disservice any Yoruba politician in Lagos can do to himself, is to embrace the blanket support of the Igbos.

Do this and your political career is toast.

Because Yorubas know that Igbos have an agenda of domination and control, since the days of Azikiwe before our independence.
PoliticsRe: “Jimi Chukwuemeka”. Throwback Picture Of APC Associating Jimi Agbaje With Igbos. by Throwback:
Penguin2:
One of the reasons that APC and Tinubu supporters proffered for the reason they associated Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, candidate of the Labour Party in the just concluded general elections, with Igbos is because they said they dug up his old tweets where he had spoken in favour of IPOB and also that in 2019, he campaigned for senate with Chinedu as his name.

Again, they accuse him of being a tainted blood since his mother is Igbo, and he too married an Igbo woman.

But Mr Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour has shared a throwback picture of where APC supporters printed a banner and renamed Mr Jimi Agbaje who was the guber candidate of the PDP in 2015 and 2019 elections in Lagos, as Jimi Chukwuemeka Agbaje Chinyere.

One now wonders why Jimi Agbaje was also associated with Igbos.

Did he too ever supported IPOB?

Is his mother Igbo?

Is his wife Igbo?

The answer to this questions are NO.

Jimi Agbaje was born in Lagos in 1957 to Chief Julius Kosebinu and Mrs Margaret Olabisi (both Yoruba).

He’s married to Mrs Abiola Agbaje (a Yoruba).

So, where did his association with Igbos come from?

This goes to prove only one thing - that APC and Sanwolu supporters lied.

Their attack on GRV was not because he’s not Yoruba enough or because he spoke in IPOB favour before but because that’s their usual campaign gimmick. To exploit ethnicity and use it to deceive the feeble minded Yorubas.

It has never been about capacity or anything, it has always been about tribalism for them.
Yes!

Jimi Agbaje also embraced blanket support from the Igbos who have been obsessed for many years with an Igbo agenda to decide who governs in Lagos State.

Funny enough, it is the same PDP that Igbos have now rejected, that they wanted to foist on Lagos State.

Infact, the Igbos proudly boasted of it like it was a disease they were going to afflict Lagos with just for the fun of it. They were eventually disgraced as always.

Igbos on this forum never hid their desire then that they (Igbos) will decide who governs in Lagos and not the Yorubas.

So Agbaje was rightly classified as the Igbo candidate for the Lagos Governorship.

The question is, why are Igbos obsessed with determining who governs in Lagos?

Other non-Yoruba tribes resident in Lagos do not harbour this same obsession.

Gibberish,

you cannot force the exalted woman to post her pictures to suit your hateful agenda. You only got offended because of where she comes from and not what she posted.
Your pain is that your excitement was extinguished by the same person who kindled it.

Your ilk were excited that she snubbed President Tinubu and commended her for it.

But she knew she did not snub her President, and was only choosing not to post it for political reasons. So she quickly did before she was embarrassed by the government with their own release of such pictures.

Shame on you and Okonjo-Iweala.

Hate can make a tribe assert that they would rather a Northern Fulani Muslim take over from a Northern Fulani Muslim, if it will prevent a Yoruba from becoming President again before an Igbo candidate.

Shame for your loss.

She was condemned by Nigerian patriots while being commended by Nigerian rebels for avoiding the Nigerian President at the summit.

Knowing fully well that she actually did not avoid the Nigerian President but only chose not to release such pictures that will put her life at risk with the terrorist mob and their cancel culture, she eventually released the pictures to prevent being embarrassed when the Nigerian government release same pictures.

Ngozi, who was a nominee of the Buhari led Nigerian government for the current WTO DG role she holds, knew she had put herself in a very precarious position, and quickly reacted to the disappointment of the terrorist mob who had thought she did not acknowledge the Nigerian President at the summit.

The valid question in this episode is, why did Ngozi and her social media handlers initially avoid posting her pictures with Nigeria's President?

Who or what was Ngozi scared of?

Or what was her intention by not posting the pictures she eventually did?
EducationRe: 2023 UTME: Nkechinyere Umeh Top Scorer – JAMB by Throwback: 6:53pm On Jun 24, 2023
Congratulations are in order.

Congratulations!

Funny that the same era when JAMB scores are high is also when very low scores are allowed to qualify for admission into institutions.

In the mid 1990s and early 2000s, you score below 260 and you know you have messed up.

Now people celebrate scores as low as 190 because they somehow know it would not prevent a University admission.

Proliferation of both public and private universities all over Nigeria has also made admission easier.

People like you hate Donald Duke till date for approaching Okonjo-Iweala to advise her not to accept any offer from the Jonathan administration.

Now you are on the same agenda for which you hate him.

For your information, the Tinubu regime has no offer for a former Finance Minister who was borrowing funds to pay civil servants salary.

Or a former Finance Minister that approved funds for Dasuki at over $2b meant for fighting terrorism but was used for Jonathan re-election campaign.

ba7man:
You're right in a way. Lagos was beautiful, calm, serene when I was growing up.

I lived in Festac with play grounds that had trees, we had side walks, could ride bikes without fear. LSTC transport buses were popular too. That axis had different estates too.

I also used to spend weekends on Lagos Island where there were Brazilian styled bungalows and families used to sit in verandahs in front of their homes for the evening breeze and watching kids play.

Then The Igbo spare part traders moved into both Festac and Lagos Island. TheIr 419s and cocaine pushers flooded into that axis and turned everywhere into an overcrowded market place, selling Tokunbo cars and spare parts at any space they could find, setting up shops everywhere, choking up the environment.

Of course their arrival brought the rise of armed robbery and crime. We moved out of Festac and used to keep hearing how it was now a crime infested place.

Once you drive past Oshodi towards Isolo, the whole mood changes.

It's really ironic that the same people that fast tracked the decay of Lagos are the same ones saying trash here today.
That is why there should not be any remorse in rebuilding Lagos, regardless of whose Ox is gored.

The same people lamenting that they are targeted by the urban renewal plans of the Lagos Government, would be the ones showing you pictures of slums and shanties in Lagos and other parts of Yorubaland as proof that their own villages are better.

Pull down everything that is an eyesore and let them return to their desirable villages.
