Soldiers na wa 4 una. How many times have u heard that soldiers fought with civilians in foreign countries. There soldiers are respected and feared. Nigerian soldiers are not respected because they don't respect them selves. Nigerian soldiers are COMMONERS, Now that you have destroyed properties, pls WHAT HAVE YOU ACHIEVED?

2. Nobody is going to sack the MO for instructing the HO to refer all those patients. It has happened severally with me. If you can't treat, you refer.

Let us even assume that the HO disobeys the senior and starts treating . . .and then one of the patients dies . . .That is now a case of hospital mortality. . .When the hospital ethics/disciplinary panel gets information that a house-officer was trying to play superhero, I assure you, they will not be merciful

You suppose to stabilize a patient a bit before referral since you are the first point of contact after the accident. This will go a long way in helping the patient even in transit to the tertiary health institution.

@op: I believe you allowed that accident victim to die purposely. your are suppose to have given 24hours care while waiting for money....This is why we have Accident and EMERGENCY unit in hospitals....There is no way the owner of the person won't pay there bill. Remember police is involved, so I think paying of the hospital bill would have been accelerated by them...
