The only problem I have with this blood shed, is dat it is happening in the South. If it's in the North, there is no need to complain because Buhari promised that in elections" Baboons will be soaked with blood". I believe that those supporting APC in Rivers did not suck there mother"s breast, they were fed with goat milk....This blood shed in Rivers is what would have happened in the federation if Buhari did not win the last election. Goodluck being wise and seeing the future had to withdraw. 1. The HO wasn't not incompetent by calling his senior. That is the first thing to do as a junior officer. You call the senior person once you have an emergency.

2. Nobody is going to sack the MO for instructing the HO to refer all those patients. It has happened severally with me. If you can't treat, you refer.

You suppose to stabilize a patient a bit before referral since you are the first point of contact after the accident. This will go a long way in helping the patient even in transit to the tertiary health institution.

They won't fire him, he is under training. They will just query him if at all, but at least he would have done something right. May be he doesn't even know what to do, that was why he was calling his seniors. Na wa.

pple shud learn 2 talk about things they know about.the op said he is a house officer.the govt hospitals are structured in such a way that a house officer are answerable 2 a junior resident drs,d junior 2 a senior and d senior 2 a consultant.the house officer isn't a full staff of d hospital and as such,acts as ordered
