I don't think Facebook is entitled to do anything cause it more like a business.
Although the call might work, it won't guarantee anything plus social media has been seen to heighten depression.
But i think in such cases they should also alert the close ones of the victim and enlightened them about depression and how to support the affected person.

Most of the guy's post show he had suicidal thoughts but people didn't take it serious. If it was another country, the authorities would have been alerted. There was this artist that posted something similar on social media and the next thing was police arresting him and putting him in protective custody.
