the app measures frames per second,as well as GPU throttling during gameplay.if he is serious about showing how good the pro is at at gaming he should use it rather than using a still image that show's nothing.besides what processor is the note 4 pro using

yes,i knew a few good games that don't require much space or data- space marshal especially the second one,crash lands(funny thing its just an apk file but it might be one of the biggest open world action rpg on android),rushrally 2,chrono trigger

if u don't need a new phone u can probably get a used s6plus,note5 or s7 if u're lucky.but if u want a new phone I think either this years or last years version of the galaxy a5 should be around that price or u can even check this years galaxy a3 coz that should be cheaper
