I have a TB test appointment at IOM Abuja on Monday by 9.30am.Are they strict with time ie can i go there earlier so as to join the 8.30am test batch?

My cousin admission offer will be out first week of July due to some delay from the school(she is an alumni) . The issue here is that she has appointment slated for 5th of July ,is it advisable for her to go for the IOM(Tb test) before the admission letter comes out?
