There's a possibility to the claim I think, cos for nnpc, it's about time for them to start sharing hard copy APLs , if you do the maths, after this coming week, they only have 2more weeks for the new staffs to assume duty as they claim....

Good day to you all, a client called me to assess a particular diagonal crack on the outer wall of his new building....I asked them couple of questions, n it seems the lintel of the building started from one column at one end n where it terminated in the middle of the building is where is where the crack started n went down diagonally.

Is it advisable to chisel the building n extend the lintel to meet the other column at the next end of the wall?

They have already plastered it thinking the plaster will cover the crack, not knowing the crack will crack the plaster aswell

We are looking for a solution

7'5 percent VAT
5 percent retention fee

All these are deducted from the source .
However wiitholding tax is recovrable and can be used to off set your tav liability while 5 percent retention fee would be paid back to you if there's no defect in the execution of the contract after 6 month or a year of the contract .
