Godx: My explanation about event 2 concerning Drogba is spot on. Drogba's shirt was being tugged for a few seconds. The defender let go, Drogba went forward a few paces then dived like he was practising for the Olympics and with his reputation of being a serial diver I am not surprised the ref gave Barca the benefits of doubt. Why do you keep dodging this.... Goodnight man

Wait so in this picture, if you are the referee you will give the foul against the player in blue because of his leg that was BEHIND ignoring the player in yellow who is actually elbowing his opponent? DAYO!! Why you no wan post the Drogba vs Abidal gif where Godx said Drogba dived?

raumdeuter: Drogba was a notorious diver and was trying to sell the foul. Both Drogba and Malouda were pushing each other
This was the move leading to the Malouda red card. Thatis clearly Drogba fouling Pique with his leg, but 4 seconds later Drogba is still the one rolling on the floor
https://j.gifs.com/E8pVQm.gif Is everything okay? Drogba and Malouda pushing each other? |

I won't even argue with anyone on this match again.
The referee himself have admitted he made several wrong decisions that night and people are still trying to defend those decisions!

Raumdeuter
The Abidal red card decision was wrong. No doubt about that.
The question is, who suffered the most from wrong decisions that night?
BTW that Ballack gif you posted didn't prove anything. The motion of the video didn't even show Ballack handling the ball. |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by timbros(m): 8:35pm On Apr 24, 2020 |
Godx: Anybody can freeze pictures to capture fake moments that don't tell the entire story. Breakdown of all events. Watch the video for actually clarification.
Event 1: The original foul was outside the box which the ref allowed to continue for a possible advantage. Good decision to award the free kick for the original foul.
Event 2: Blantant dive from Drogba. He went down like a dying swan .
Event 3: The only reasonable penalty appeal.
Event 4: Never a penalty. By this point Chelsea were grasping at anything with the hopes of being in the final. Ballack resembled somebody from a mental insitution the way he charged around the ref. Like Afrodoc2 said, there is no way anyone can defend Ovrebo's performance that night, not even he himself. I wonder why you ignored my earlier post where I mentioned you. The man himself admitted that he made several errors... I don't know where all these explanations you are trying to make come from. And to even type that bolded is just funny. Did you even watch the match? Please go and re-watch it again. Right from when Drogba got that through ball he never thought of falling. He tried his best to stay on his feet but Abidal was all over him tugging, pushing, dragging till he fell when he was about to pull the trigger. I don't know how to post gif. Just go and watch that incident again. It was a clear penalty and red card sef.

Picture 1: Dani Alves foul on Malouda. He actually blew for the foul but guess what? He awarded a free kick. Dayo, is that a free kick? Notice the referee angle.
Picture 2: Pique's handball. Isn't that a penalty?
Picture 3: Abidal dragging Drogba down. Can you see him pulling Drogba's jersey? (This is where Abidal should have recieved his marching orders sef)
Picture 4: The most painful. Right at the death, Ballack's fierce shot goal bound before Eto'o blocked it with his hand.
Raumdeuter do you think Ovrebo was talking about Abidal's red card when he admitted he made several errors that night?

raumdeuter: He admitted making several errors one of the most notable was a red card for a non-contact. Chelsea fans were the ones sending him death threats just to cover their side ineptitude in front of goal When he said 'several errors', do you Dayo believe he was referring to the red card? Be honest to yourself. |

raumdeuter: How do you know which error he is talking about, Maybe the Abidal red card ...several errors... It can't be just Abidal red card. He also said he recieved death threats. Could it be Barca fans threatening him for the Abidal red card? Or Chelsea fans for the several errors he made in the game? |
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Chelsea Fan Thread: Club World Cup Champions 2025-2029 by timbros(m): 5:33pm On Apr 24, 2020 |
Godx: It was clear that Chelsea and all their fans are just bitter because all does blantant dives from Malouda, Anelka and Drogba were not rewarded. You are lucky Ballack and Drogba were not band for up to 10months for disgracing themselves on that night. ...The Norwegian official turned down four Chelsea penalty appeals on the night, the most contentious a Dani Alves foul on Florent Malouda in the penalty area which resulted in a free-kick outside the box, rather than a spot-kick.
Ovrebo told Marca: "It was not my best day really. Some days you are not at the level you should be. I can't be proud of that performance.
"There were several errors and everyone will have their opinion of those plays."....

Greatihex: I understand you totally. But there is a reason for that.
It is always good to understand the context of some scriptures and where they are coming from so that you can properly get the message it is trying to pass.
It is the improper quoting of scriptures and twisting of the words that a lot of "men of God" have used to be able to deceive their members and also justify many of the satanic doctrines that they teach. I get you. You can still achieve that by introducing the scripture you want to quote with few words of your own, then allow the particular verse(s) to do the rest.. Its more effective that way. Imagine when the point you want to make is found in verse 21 but you paste the whole chapter. Now a person will start reading from verse 1 in a forum like NL... I can assure you that before he reach verse 4 him go just scroll pass say this guy no serious. Meanwhile the message is in verse 21. |

@greatihex
Please see if you can cut short your comments sometimes.
Copying and pasting such long quotes most times leaves your comment meaningless. I see that it's the Bible you quote like this. Why not target the particular verse(s) you want to make your point from and post instead of posting an entire chapter or multiple chapters at once?
Making your post short, simple and straight forward will help convince your readers more.
Just a friendly advice sha.... Thank you. |
