I only sent a personally signed letter of consent which my wife presented at the embassy at her appointment with the children and it was accepted without issues.
You can wait for others to contribute too.

I had my interview on Friday 20th of august and I received an email the next Monday morning on 23rd that I should send my travel insurance and travel dates via email, courier or drop it myself. And I was asked to include copy of the email if I send physically. And they stated boldly in red that my travel date must be before 1st October which is my resumption date for work. I sent the documents that evening via email and I've been rethinking maybe I should have sent it physically, because I don't even know if they saw it self.

Like someone mentioned earlier, once you track the document with the courier company you used and it was delivered, be rest assured the embassy has it. I think it took almost two weeks before I heard back from the embassy after sending my passport and travel insurance via DHL.

Thanks to all those who have shared their experiences and information…they’ve been really helpful.
My husband just got a job in Germany and we’re about to begin the visa process.
Though he doesn't have a degree, we did some research and found he was qualifies for blue card because of the salary for the job- it’s in excess of the stated minimum amount (please correct me if I’m wrong).
The company has agreed to provide the fast track documents and all but he wants to apply with me i.e. apply for family/reunion visa with me (it’s just both of us for now, no kids yet �)
I have gone through the thread but didnt see anyone with a similar case. Though i saw couples do this from India even some with kids (saw the stories on youtube).
I just don't want to be the reason for any delay in his visa process and he’s not open to going first and me joining him later due to financial constraints and health matters.
Please I’d appreciate any information or insight from the house on how to proceed.

Both of you cannot go at the same time because of the compulsory document verification for you. If the pre approval document and travelling processing is being handled by an agency or your husband's employer and the fast track document includes pre-approval for family re-union, they can write the embassy and help you get a family reunion appointment faster as a priority (Like a month's wait time compared to the current one year waiting period for family reunion appointments.).
However you will still need to wait probably up to six months or less before you can join him.

The pre-approval is the envelope that has a letter you were not allowed to open. I think you mentioned that in an earlier post.

2) Issuing authority of Vorabzustimmung in:

Vorabzustimmung means the Pre-approval document. The issuing date is the date the pre-approval was granted. Issuing authority in Berlin, Munich e.t.c depending on where it was issued.

Yes you can travel without a vaccination certificate. You just need a negative COVID test certificate. The test must be taken within 72 hrs of entry into Germany.

Op. I don't think there is anything wrong in what they asked. Telling them the frameworks/libraries or programming language you used to develop your apps does not take anything away from you! In fact it will let them know the stacks you use and if you are a right fit for them. As long as they don't ask for the source code itself, there is no need to raise any alarm.

I think what the others mentioned above are valid. However I think you would need a passport for your baby and send to the embassy. I have a friend in same situation right now, the process is almost complete but there is a delay because he is yet to get a passport for the baby.

God put you there so that you can go through the school of patience. I’ve been in such a situation before, the boss was so cruel that a female colleague then would burst into tears, he was always speaking harsh words. The moment I got my freedom was not when I left the job but when I decided not to let his words get to me. Simply put, just do your best and chose to be happy regardless. It’s your decision to be happy. What I discover most times about such bosses is that they are actually the one with the problem, it may be an underlying problem of low self esteem or insecurity.
