After clean my 09jetta vw throttle, the movement of the car change cannot speed up. So I scan the car and get this code.

17987/P1579/005497 - Throttle Actuator (J338): Adaptation Not Started

Majority of the advice given is to cut your loss and get over the car.
The first thing you were supposed to do was to analyze and share the cause of the fire, discuss extent of damage and then estimate cost repair, viability... to decide if it's worth repairing.

Not being burnt to ashes doesn't mean their structural integrity has not been compromised.

Refrigerant gas level will keep reducing till there's nothing left and cooling will stop totally.

Low refrigerant gas level, find out point of leakage, fix and refill.

i met another guy who also scanned, and it only revealed the same problem with coolant thermostat only.
but he suggested that it was something wrong with a plug valve in my transmission after driving the car.
but i still feel it might not be something that serious with the gear box itself.
as someone rightly suggested above, i will check the gear box sitting, that is my next area of suspicion.

Post the codes and their definitions. That's when you can get suggestions based on experience of others.

With all due respect, please go back to study more about cars before delving into this, your points are not properly backed up with facts and figures.

Scan and do a proper diagnosis before any work is carried out.

It depends on paint quality, but 50k sounds like a very poor quality paint will be used... Don't expect it to take long before fading
