Vietnaminfo: Hey guys please my Aunty and her family needs you guys help. Their application was under administrative proceedings and now change to this below message.
NOTE: They already had their interview back in September 2019 . They were waiting for the result and the COVID situation came and the embassy was closed. Also , they never received any call or email from the embassy though.
U.S. Department of State IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION
Expiring Soon
Section 203(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act requires that your registration be canceled and any petition approved on your behalf canceled, if you do not apply for your immigrant visa within one year of being advised to do so.
You were advised of this requirement over 1 year ago, but we have not received a response from you since then. As a result, your application for a visa has been canceled and any petition approved on your behalf has also been canceled.
Your application may be reinstated and any petition revalidated if, within one year, you can establish that your failure to pursue your immigrant visa application was due to circumstances beyond your control. Please provide a written statement to the Embassy or Consulate outlining the circumstances beyond your control and noting that you still wish to pursue this visa petition. I think they were asked to submit something, to continue there case |

Was Awolowo a socialist? Was jakande a socialist? Was Mandela a socialist?
I want to make up my conjecture on something. |

internationalman: What'd you mean by fake documents.?
Most of the documents they asked for we didn't have but we forged them and they approved of if and that's why we are at the visa processing stage
There's a reason we forged them though Na you con sabiii ooo. I was talking too people employing agents on this thread |

internationalman: Wow it's like you work with these people because you just stated exactly what they have been asking of us and we've submitted these documents to them so far except maybe the old pictures and evidence of receiving money from her.. I have enough evidence of receiving money from her though but as for the old pictures of us together we've lost all of them.
They ask for a DNA but they said it's optional but our case could Stand a better chance if we did it. But we didn't because we couldn't travel to Lagos as there was a lockdown because of the Covid 19 palava yet they approved of it and we are now getting prepared to be called up for interview..
Though a friend of my mum's said they might ask for the DNA again just so they establish facts that truly she's our mother..that's really no problem though because she is really our mother biologically....
She petitioned for me and my older brother.
Thanks for your contribution.. I no dey kuku work for there, I have just read far and wide about it, and I have been to the US myself a few times. I just made up my mind not too pay any agent to file anything, because na them dey cause problem. read about your case, ask questions from people that had the same or replica experience as yours, note down things and also get contact details for people that can help your case You would be fine, and also you would be knowledgeable about how visa process works. rather than pay one mumu agent, that you are probably smarter than, he would do nonsense work by lying and putting fake documents in your package. And still, collect money from you you people should run away from snake-oils men (A.K.A visa agents) run away from visa agents, they are evil. |

internationalman: I will soon be call up for an interview for immigrant Visa application. I'm kinda nervous as to the kind of questions they will be asking.. And I'm also curious as to which has more success rate among applicants, Nonimmigrant or Immigrant visa..
My mum is a citizen though and she's the one petitioning for me to joing her as a permanent resident Yours is a straight foward case, immigrant visas are hardly denied at the embassy, so far you are legit it's non immigrant, that they gamble with. Take old pictures of you and your mum dating back years, know the history of her application ( when she travelled, when she became a citizen, how did she travel e.t.c), know the history of your application, take chat and call records along with you, if she has sent money too you over the years, take the receipts too. E.t.c take your medical records, school records, and birth certificate all to prove she is your mother. go there, say the truth, don't lie. Worst case scenario, they put you on administrative processing, asking for a DNA test, As I said if you are legit, you would pass the DNA. I wish you success |

ghettochild: My first experience was in March 2015. When my American ex wife send $3500. I had told her that incase I get denied she'd have to come to Naija.. Na blue paper Dem give me... Damn... I couldn't eat n was demoralized like say na my papa house Dem refuse me to go. So I had to pay a lawyer to help her get a 24mths naija visa. Then also booked her ticket via united airlines... 29th May 2015 she landed. The next day we headed to ikoyi.. Was a Saturday... Then on Monday I had another interview at the embassy.. This time na black woman interview me.. She just say... Your wife has to file for u when she gets back to America.. Na then I know say.... Women interviewer na bad luck for me... Fast forward 2017 March 15, I applied again.. Na another white woman again.. I knew my papa curse strong Gan.. Upon all the questions she asked n I answered correctly... She still gimme blue paper. Already had my SA visa then. Had to jet out to OR Tambo 7th april Anywhere is better Than naija. But to b honest I don't hate USA now.. To go there no even hungry me again.. Maybe when time is right. We go try Canada or Belgium.. I no like stress for my life again Big man, you wasted time and money sha. Your ex-wife could have filed for you Give or take 18months - 24 months you would get your visa. So far it's a legit marriage and it's filled with love That $3500 would have done your uscis filling, NVC fee, medicals and you might add just small for your ticket and green card fee. it rakes time oooo, it's money consuming and also stressful, but cr-1/ir-1 visa is still the best. |

Biden is now so dumb with the permission of influx of immigrants into the US straining the already fragile economy
Leftist always assume that people are stupid Smhhhh You intentionally forget that the country has an high unemployment rate right now and not everyone can afford alternative housing and repairs for there destroyed properties. Read the statement below, in response to governor abbot (texas governor) begging for federal aid. No one is an island, if you think aid is wrong you think Texans don't want it, I am sorry for you. I hope you didn't go to a federal school here in Nigeria, or use public hospital once in your life because it's a form of aid. I am damn sure you used both of the above, so just shut up.

Weather conditions come and go and soon, things will change for good - it's always been like that for millions of years, even before man came to planet earth. Extreme conditions don't become permanent conditions. Just a temporary thing.
Texans are no fools. They look deep and think deep. They know demonRats are evil. If they give you a dime, they'd take a dollar from you - along with your fundamental rights. All these things are the hallmarks of the people strategizing for the DNC. But we know better and we will neutralise them.
