I moved to Lagos after my NYSC with about 300k some years ago. Bro, I left Lagos years later with almost same amount to venture into my present business which I would have started earlier if I had someone to guide me.

Please I took a ferterlity medicine on the 29th of June and now i been having pregnancy signs. Last 2 weeks, i did a urine pregnancy test and it's negative, i did blood test last 2 weeks yet negative but am still having all pregnancy signs till now. Myvperiod which is supposed to come out on the 17th of July did not come. Pls what could be the problem??

Men & Women battling infertility go through a lot already in their mind, don’t make it more difficult for them.
✔️They do not want your pity party/sad look.

✔️Don’t remind them they’re getting old-they know that already

✔️Stop focusing all your discussions around your kids, be mindful of their struggles. They are trying to stay happy for you & your family.

✔️Stop pushing financial responsibilities at them thinking/assuming they’ve got nothing to do with their money. Many of them spend way more battling infertility than you ever spend on your kids.

✔️Pray for them IN YOUR CLOSET not on their timeline publicly during their anniversary. Don’t be a Joy-killer.

Lord, I ask that you bless every womb desirous of children, Let the sound of Joy rise among many this month Oh God!!! Amen ��

let her stop clomid and all the supplements for now, the issue with this type of cyst is that its accumulating blood inside rather than fluid, read more on chocolate cyst or endotriomas, i went through it, took lots of medication and supplements and herbs too, yet nothing worked, i eventually had it removed.

If you stay within Lagos Axis. I will advise you make use of general hospital. I did mine at ifako general hospital. I also referred someone there last year, which was also successful. So I can trust them . Also have it in mind that on each appointment day, is a full day thing. Their GYN day is Monday . You are free to ask any questions as regards that.

Before I went for the surgery, I already knew what the issues was. So I went straight to what I want them to do and I was asked to do necessary test . After I submitted all necessary test . I was scheduled for surgery. All this took three months. Unlike one of the general hospital I went to and I was book for complete twelve months before I can see any of the doctor

I used clomid at my last cycle according to my gynecologist prescription but I didn't ovulate. I'm on day 34 of my cycle now, no menses yet , I did pregnancy test earlier but it's negative
So I bought ovaboost. Can I start using it immediately if PT is negative or is it compulsory for me to wait till my menses shows up
I will appreciate your response

Mine was fibroid,after my surgery I tried at 3 months but it didn't stay. I did hormone tests nothing was found, I had HSG about 5 months after (painful at the point of the dye coming in, I felt like tearing my cloth).
I started with Vit E and pregnacare conception. Was scared of Clomid so I didn't take it.Then i used the flo app and the ovulation kit to track my ovulation....Fasting and prayers with confessions too. I got my BFP at 6 months after the surgery.

There is so much information to learn in this group. I knew about serrapeptase from here, HSG and co, even a decent lab to run tests. I got my ovulation kit from one woman here too and I followed back to back.....with God's intervention and all the advice my baby is 6 months plus now. I got my bfp after ttc for 11months, i've been a silent reader for the past 4-5 months. Have been dealing with reoccuring yeast infection which leds to alot of other infection BV and pelvic pain ( left lower part of my abdomen 5-8 past ovulation) i didnt take the infection seriously i was thinking it can go treating it naturally until i started having pelvic pain now i ran to an online doctor for help she prescribed some series of antibotics which i used for 2 weeks after that the infection left but the pain still continues then my period was delayed, i had to go for hormonal profile then i discover i had high prolactin ( thou i do notice colorless fluid from my nipples when squeeze but never knew it was prolactin) google defination of prolactin is when you have milk discharge so i thought it has to be milk and not colorless fluid.
treated it with bromocriptine for just a week my period came back still batling with yeast infection i kept on buying antibotics.

December-January i made sure my husband go for SFA and get treated
i treated prolactin again using Snergo recommended by people doctor
I started using m2tone during my period which made my period for that month really heavy prior to this my period has always been scanty and brownnish in color but that month own flows heavy and bright.
I bought baby clothes to move my faith stronger, the day the clothes arrived i felt something different like Yes baby is here
I joined the Halluluyah Challenge By Nathaniel Bassey every midnight.
I stopped using the m2tone during ovulation ( i only used it for 14days 1 dose per day)
i did the okra therapy for like 3-4 days close to my ovulation, the last day i took it i felt a strong ovulation pain
I started using baby aspirin and B6 till i got my BFP

11 months of trying has not been easy so i pray for everyone ttc your bfp is closer than you think just dont give up, keep praying, eating healthy and keep believing in God he will surely answer.
Im grateful to God, grateful to this wonderful group i learnt alot from this group.

General hospital in Delta state is free o. From pregnancy till your baby is five years old. Free health care. All through till I was referred for my first, I never paid for anything except buying of gloves cos of Corona..... And the matrons attending to us during antenatal are so nice and patient. At every antenatal we go through almost all the test, if not all. Delta state is trying in that aspect o.

Congratulations to all our BFP Mama's.

Sisters, please I need your input in this, so I did TVS just to be sure what's going on and also preventing our BFP. Even though we couldn't BD on ovulation day and the day after, but we BD 2 days before ovulation, and I learnt that sperm stays in the cervix for 3-5 days. So I thought God will use that to bless us. But AF showed again. Which prompted me to go for TVS. And the result showed

1- posterior Vaginal fornix cyst(Gartner duct cyst) ( never heard of such in my life)
2-Adenomyosis (just imagine what is going on in my body)
3-1cm subserosal Fibroid( Im just wondering where this one came from again. What cussed this for goodness sake. All the ultrasound I did never showed this. What could cause these for goodness sake. Is it Letrozole and fsh inj I took?

I saw my gynea and he said nothing can be done about the adenomyosis, I shouldn't worry about the fibroid since it's tiny (ofcouse I'm so worried as I heard that it grows. I want to get rid of it if there's any natural way to do that). And then he suggested Lap for the vaginal cyst(said 700k) for the laproscopy. I don't even have that kind of money, not even thinking about it.

Please is there anyone here that has experienced any of this? What can I do please. I'm sorry each time I comment here, it's always bad news. I pray one day I will come back here with good news. #Sobs#

3. Please, ensure you ask your doctor questions where you are in doubt and do your own research because very few doctor have time for patients (please try elderly doctors than young ones). Imagine a doctor telling me to do scan
