Please what could be delaying my period? I'm 2 days late. I'm not pregnancy cos hubby has not been around. I had covid last month, and I treated with steroid (dexamethasone) and ivermectine. I also took vit C 1000mg too. That month, my cycle was very short. 23 days. It came 5 days earlier. I used the dexa for 7 days, but I continued with vit C, D, and zinc. I did fsh test that same month and it was a bit low, so I took vitex but for just 10 days. I've also been on serrapeptase and the Chinese teas too because of my tubes. Now my period is delayed. Please does someone know what's delaying it? And what to do to induce it?

Hi sis, the drugs u took could be the cause especially the vitamin C. I believe once you stop them, ur period will be come.

I want to share my testimony. I've been trying to conceive for over a year of marriage. Sometimes when we try, I end up having pains and after testing, doctors say it's PID.
I have had a bad episode as a single when I felt my swollen pelvis each time I walk and I didn't know it was PID but I got treated but it left me with discomfort till date.
I was advised to see a gynecologist but was told that my HMO doesn't cover gynecologist for non pregnant staff. I was devastated to say the least and had to put a call to our Chief Medical Director at work and he said I could. I proceeded to Magodo Specialist Hospital where the gynecologist did the TVS himself and said there was fluid in my pouch of Douglas and I may need to do laparoscopy if I don't conceive after a year of which I dreamt before meeting him that he wrote Las...on a small paper that I'll need to do but I told God that I would not conceive after a surgical procedure that I want it to happen without pain.
My marriage was on the brinks of collapse in March as we live in different states. I couldn't go on leave because I had to go only during my ovulation period as I was trying to be strategic been a TTC person.
I planned to visit during a certain period in April but my calendar scattered. My boss needed to travel and I became devastated.
I pleaded to travel for the weekend to discuss the future of my marriage with my DH. She permitted me.
I travelled and hubby didn't want to touch me and had asked me to return back to Lagos. He did perform his duty later.
I pleaded for something for the road as he asked me to leave. I was to return to Lagos on a Monday and Flo app said ovulation on Tuesday.
He reluctantly did the day before and I left on a Monday. I came back to work, cleared my backlog and did some strenuous tasks I left behind.
I awaited my period and it didn't come. I refused to buy test kit as I had a miscarriage one time and didn't want to be anxious. I went to the hospital for a PT after 2 weeks and I was confirmed positive.
The only thing I did physically was to take Combo after the miscarriage episode.
I joined NLP of HICC in March and God was just good and kind to me as the pregnancy restored our home.
I pray that God uses my testimony to bless our waiting mothers.

Good morning mommas.. I'm new here and i have requestions regarding TTC journey..
So my husband and i have been trying to conceive for like 4 month now
I have multiple fibroids...although it's intramural fibroids of about 5 cm, 4cm and subserosol fibroid of 3 cm...
I recently went for an ultrasound and they also discovered an ovarian cyst on my left ovary and follicular cyst on my right ovary...the doctor said my ovulation is near......
I know i ovulate monthly because i keep track of it
But then..my problem is that I think i have experienced implantation failure twice

How i know this was that...last month...i experienced a very sharp pain at 9DPO..the pain continued up until 10DPO and it eventually subsided in its own
I even thought i was pregnant after this...but then two days before my expected period..i saw spotting, then eventually my period came...
So my question is that...how can i improve my chance at implantation and what do you guys suggest i do abt my cycst...any fertility drugs to use
P.S I'm 26 years old

Hi sis, the pains is caused by the cyst and fibroids. Talking from experience.stay away from any fertility supplements for now if you don't want the fibroid to continue increasing. Don't self medicate. Try and work with a gud gynecologist.

My three years of TTCing has come to end, from HSG to miscarriage to hystereoscopy to womb scratching,failed IVf and oligospermia..


God healed us and showed himself mighty in our lives when we least expected and free of charge.

My baby S is here to stay, I shall carry this baby to term and deliver successfully.Amen!!!

I pray as God has blessed me with this gift,so shall he bless all GTC Mamas in the house, he shall show forth himself mighty in their lives...

I had high Prolactin which caused infertility for me then after treating mine with synergo drug I was fine and I conceived the next month.so yes high Prolactin hinders fertility. As for the synergo I took it twice a week according to my doctor Tuesday and Saturday night only not to be taken during the day

Was ur period regular when you had high prolactin?

So sorry about this dear. Some doctors are so carefree when it comes to matters affecting their patients. Go to any gud pharmacy and get a supplement called TOCOVID. It helps to stop the growth of tumors and might shrink it with time. Talking from experience when one Gyno gave me Clomid that gave me up to 4 fibroids and the largest was 4cm. A frnd advised me to get the drug. I bought the pack for the price of 5k. It's one months supply. I used it for one month and when I checked back it was remaining only 2 fibroids and big one is now 3cm. Once i see mony,I will buy another one. Pls oo am not here to advertise oo cos I don't sell It.

Started trying last year November, after my period last November I noticed my breast was sore and heavy, I was sasalivating too much accompanied with severe headache my thoughts were I was pregnant. Did a pregnancy test it came out negative. Started tracking my ovulation found out I wasn't ovulating. My husband introduced me to the people's doctor on Instagram I was skeptical about it coz it was online. He was like let's try her. She gave us test to do...I did the LH, Prolactin, progesterone and transvaginal scan. They all came out fine except Prolactin which was high and she told me to get synergo drug for it. I joined the 21 days hallelujah challenge by Nathaniel Bassey. The test was remaining Hsg which I don't want to do coz I was scared coz I heard it's painful. The doctor asked of the Hsg result I told her I will do it after my flow this month. In all these I did not allow Baba God to rest oooo,I prayed and cried to him that I don't want to do the Hsg test and the only way I won't do it is if am pregnant, I told Him my home was empty He should fill it for me with children.I saw a bible verse here which I used to back up my prayers The lord honour the childless wife in her home He made her happy by giving her Children. Last week Monday I went for PID test coz the sperm keeps leaking out .The result came out that there was no PID but my ovaries were not properly visualized. I became confused sent the result to the doctor she was like do you see your flow every month I said yes then she asked for my HSG test for her to conclude I said to myself HSG again....I did pregnancy test the next day negative. I saw my menstruation on 16th of February I was expecting it on 19th of this month coz I ve 32 days cycle. When I didn't see it I felt maybe the date has changed. On Sunday I was having pelvic cramps so I went to church with my pad,thre in the church I cried and prayed that's in the presence on God I was menstruating coz the pelvic cramps was much I changed my prayer point there that since it's the will of God let the HSG be successful. That same day went to the market to get things I will use to prepare my combo drink,went home yet no flow that Sunday. On Monday no flow but I was having alot of discharge which I know I don't ve on a normal day, called my mum and explained everything to her coz I was also having running stomach with stomach bite she said may be am pregnant coz she experienced same when she was pregnant with her first issue, she said pray coz she believed God will do it for me this month she told God if He will do it for me this month she will give thanks to Him. On Tuesday went to toilet was still having the stomach bite and I was scared of doing pregnancy test ....I told myself do it so you will know what's wrong with you when I did it lo and behold I saw double lines....just help me thank God,He never sleeps,He is God that is everywhere, He is the mighty God that visited me with His mighty deeds.i did the okro water therapy to boost my ovulation and I give alms to women with children.I pray God that did it for me will do it for everyone here Amen

I visited a hospital today and spoke with a doctor.

The doctor confirmed she cannot be pregnant since she was not ovulating at the time. And even if she was, it should be 10 and not 6 weeks.

Many things are not adding up: from her menstrual cycle to the so-called pregnancy symptoms that started on January 7, coming to my place on Jan 1 with menstrual pads because she was expecting her menses (on/before Jan 11), the pregnancy and ultrasound scan results she sent to me, etc. Some of the results probably belong to someone else while the rest was probably forged.

And yesterday, she fiercely insisted on an abortion after I made up my mind and told her I did not want one anymore (I had been considering it for some time and she agreed to go with whatever decision I took).

I just got off the phone with her and told her I would take her for a test on Saturday and she fought with me. I was calm with her all through and insisted on the test, so we can get to the root of this once and for all.

I doubt if she's pregnant at all. She probably wants to extort some money from me but we'll find out on Saturday.

God did it.

Come April 2021, my marriage will be 5years. There have been so many diagnoses; low sperm count, high prolactin, endometritis, chocolate cyst and cervical stenosis.
We tried IUI and God made it work. We are pregnant.

For high prolactin I used Dostinex
I used herbs, foods and spices for cyst management
Endometritis was sorted by hysteroscopy and curetage
We did IUI to bypass the blocked cervix.
Please do not give up. We will all carry our babies in our womb and our hand in Jesus name.
