Jobs/Vacancies › Re: UK Opens Door For Nigerian Teachers by TinaJoe(f): 7:28pm On Feb 06, 2023 |
Acquiredollars: UK government is not asking for a degree in Education. A teaching qualification means as defined on their website; any qualification above UK level 6 qualification. Your University degree can stand in for this. There are some qualifications that are UK level 6 qualification, but not a University degree. Hence, if your qualification is not a University degree, you'll be unable to proceed with application.
Also, UK government isn't seeking for your TRCN Certificate to proceed with the application. You're not required to submit your TRCN Certificate during the application process please.
However, to get the letter of professional standing, you'll need to submit your TRCN Certificate/TRCN Certificate number before the letter can be issued/written. You'll be unable to write the Professional Qualifying Exam (PQE) if you don't have a teaching qualification (NCE/PGDE or degrees in Education). Pls throw more light on the last paragraph, Where do we submit our TRCN cert No so that th letter of professional standing can be issued to us? |

mrmichael1: QTS is open. Mostly for science teachers, Maths, Physics, Chemistry especially, Get your TRCN cert and delve into it. You can get a letter from your uni to prove your were taught in English so no need for English test. Mind you, teaching in UK is not the same as Naija o To be forewarned is to be forearmed. A word is enough for the wise. Congrats to the qualified teachers. Can one use national ID in place of international passport to register? |

Ocool: Application has now been opened to Nigerian teachers just some minutes ago.
Congratulations to all science teachers in advance.
Note TRCN confirmation is very compulsory and you will need to pay 60k to TRCN for that.
Also, you won't be able to apply if you don't have a university degree. Holding only NCE and grade two alone will not qualify you.
Finally, you need a proof of English from your university.
Wish you all the best. Pls throw more light on this payment of 60k to TRCN cos I don't really understand that part.what if you already have TRCN cert? |

Soknown: I don't know if anyone has answered your question. Yes, such skills may come handy but most people especially the citizens don't repair gadgets. They'd rather trade faulty gadgets for a new one since there is insurance for almost everything. There is insurance for phones, televisions, microwave ovens, blenders, watches, necklace, printers, laptops, desk tops. You name it. Wow ....now I know the reason why Africans especially Nigerians will travel abroad, pack all those faulty electronics, repair them and still resell it as brand new. |

Happyfellow147: Honestly I don't know how to feel know today. This journey is really draining to be honest. Please do people charge up to 250k for consultation? No tests or treatments are included Just test review.
A doctor I contacted online told me she'd take 255k for consultation for me and my hubby And I was asking if there's anything else included in the fee. She said no just consultation. And this is online o. I'd send across my tests and she'd give her opinion.
It is well o. If I conceived easily like other women, would I be going from inbox to inbox contacting doctors without resu? The doctor must be a criminal.whats the name of the doc? |

Nwanna2588: This is a cliche we have heard a thousand times. Based on the preponderance of the suffering in Nigeria, I don't have a choice but to relocate to such a highbrow country. As a teacher in Nigeria, I'm living in a 'survival mode'. I cannot remember the last time I save money. If I'm indignant it is because some of you that are based abroad have forgotten in a hurry how most of us are living from hand to mouth here. Honestly, I do not like you in that manner, and I wish you would stop advising me on this. I can only believe this when Nigerians based in the UK are coming home in mass without going back again. Since I had merely N100k in my name after almost 2 decades in teaching, I saw the japa thing as a very big opportunity. I prefer to pay taxes and have something to save than working in Nigeria without saving money. May be your advice is good for people that have made their mark in Nigeria. Exactly my dear, you just said my mind.I got to know about this tru a frnd but am yet to get the full information.if you have, pls let me know. |

The metformin was 500mg and I took it one in the morning and one at night buh the side effects was too much.called my doc and he told me to start taking it once daily.I took the doxycycline one morning and one night. I took both of them for just two weeks, went for scan the following month and the chocolate cyst was no where to be found. I pray it works for you too. |

Have you tried taking metformin for the chocolate cyst? I was diagnosed of having chocolate cyst on my right ovary from two different gynecologist and they both suggested surgery but along the line someone introduced me to a new gyno and he gave me metformin and doxycycline. The cyst was 4.5 cm then. The next month I went for scan and the cyst has disappeared.i was even shocked cos i have had this for cyst close to 2yrs now. |

At least in America, you are guaranteed of good living standard. Can you teach me affiliate marketing? |
