There's hardly a country in this world without a secessionist movement but nobody grants them a referendum. The internationally accepted nor is for secessionist groups to work within the political system to achieve their goals. The use of violence and terror won't work and that's why no international powers take the Biafran struggle seriously. Even the UK who Kanu has their citizenship haven't lifted a finger to say on his behalf and Buhari's government are on excellent terms with them. You're waging a losing war
