We must admit that even if some of Buhari's policies look late, there are clearer approach than many previous regimes. were told that all schools in chibok were closed for security reason but the ss3 students were asked to return for SSCE exams,now they are showing us a JSS1 student that resumed school barely 3 weeks just because may 29 is approaching.
