2. Make sure you live in a VERY quite environment(if you want to live long) and that your room is dark enough to sleep in
3. Final and most risky option, get your doctor to prescribe sleeping pills,its addictive and the long term effect is very dangerous so stick to the first two tips.

Sleeping meds are ALWAYS give to those who have just had a heart attack due to too much pressure on the blood vessels.
