Why does the governor keep creating crisis for himself? Why not obey the laws and follow due process? Why not fund RISIEC to conduct local government elections? Why not obey the public procurement laws? Why has the budget not been re-presented to the proper assembly? The governor should obey the laws of the state to avoid being impeached.
