Borno State Governor Prof. Zulum refused to be vice president to Tinubu as he will risk his already secured gubernatorial ticket for 2nd term.

He definitely knew it would be practically a diffcult task for Tinubu to win the presidency considering the fact that he is a Muslim too and Nigerians will ultimately reject that ticket.


The common narrative in Northern Nigeria is that he Tinubu is an Inferior Muslim (fake one), so he has to pick an original Muslim as his running mate to prove a point to the North that he is willing to heed the demands from the North.

The death of the 96 years popular iyaloja of Lagos christened Asabi Abibat into the famous Mogaji family of Ita agarawu of Lagos Island took Lagos by surprise in 2013.

Alhaja Mogaji as she was fondly called was a reputable Lagos trader who was the President General of all Lagos traders until her demise is popularly believed to have mothered the front runner & APC presidential flag bearer Bola Tinubu.

Like the late Funmilayo Kuti who was a strong mobilizer & supporter for late Azikiwe's NCNC in the southwestern NIGERIA. Iyaloja was also a strong women mobilizer and a key supporter of the then Awolowo Action Group in her days in Lagos.
Consequently, Alhaja was not only powerful amongst her fellow market women but also the creme de la creme amongst the Politicians.

Having set the context for the popular assumption on the type of family Tinubu was supposed to have come from. The first question to ask is why Tinubu Bola, a man who should have purportedly come from such privileged background could not afford to attend both primary & secondary schools.

Now let me tie the cord to give you some perspectives.
Once upon a time, there was a very smart young boy who left his small village in the then unknown enclave of the old Oyo (now Osun) state known as Iragbiji for Lagos via his aunty in the 50s.

It's a popular belief that this deligent and smart boy found his way into the heart of Lagos and was fortunate to become a servant to the then Iyaloja of Lagos.
Having seen his deligence & smartness, the Iyaloja entreated his brother, a popular Lagos lawyer known as Kafaru Tinubu to adopt the smart young boy as his son and help integrate him into the noble family as his.

According to popular story, Gafaru had a daughter called Bola who was billed to travel to the US to complete her education. Unfortunately, Bola died and the boy from Iragbiji called Amuda Yekini filled the gap.
Long story short. The beginning of the life changing metamorphosis of the once smart Yekini Amoda Ogunlere from Iragbiji who probably had both primary & secondary school certificates into Bola Tinubu whose life story started at the age of 23 when he travelled to the US to start his education.

I ask again. Who is Bola Tinubu? Why has he refused to reveal the history of his first 23 years of existence?

Is he afraid to tell us his biological name, Yekini Amoda Ogunlere from Iragbiji which would amount to a case of stolen identity if the thriving story is true.
Meanwhile, Bola Tinubu has not denied coming from Osun state. As a matter of fact, the current Osun State Governor, Oyetola is Tinubu's elder sister's son whom he trained to become what he is today.

Also, this account for why 70 percent of the civil servants in Lagos are indigenes of osun. Go do your fact finding.
I am waiting for the usual defense of saying how he could have used the passport of a lady & name for travelling.

The one and only question is that is it only in Muslim-Muslim ticket that competency and capability can be realized?
If the answer is NO, Northern Governors should stop advocating for a Muslim-Muslim ticket. It is unfair to other faiths.

TINUBU should be advised not to fall into this pit.
