1GBP = 260 1000GBP = 260,000 52,000GBP = 13.5 milla which is greater than your 12 milla. 1 GBP = 225 Naira People making less than that per year take out big loans. . . . It's dependent on your credit score. As long as your income is constant. . . .One can achieve anything. The Glazers bought the biggest football club in the world on credit with LOANS ure right u dont get me. when ure done with the UK and European mortgages how will the man finance the 240m worth of houses in Lekki very key any answer? cos i doubt he can get mortages here in Nigeria with 5% down payment |

U always get your numbers wrong. U told us yesterday 500,000 Naira is 27,000 GBP, didn't you? trust me only Ibime, Jarus and dayokanu i dey fear for numbers on NL lemme break it down someone said an average Nigerian spends N500,000 month on rent 500,000 = N6million per annum divide by 225 , u get 26,666 approx 27,000 GBP trust me i sabi maths pass u |

It is more than enough. Getting houses in UK, Portugal and Lekki is not the most difficult thing to achieve if you are interested in housing/properties. With as little as low as 5% payment of the house-prices, the properties are YOURS. do u want me to spoon feed you take the 240million into the equation and tell me how u will get those mortgaged after the Portugal and UK houses LOL dont take the endogenous variable away from the mix. It determines the outcome of this linear equation bros mi |

1,000 GBP a week is 52,000GBP a year(13 million Naira) but that amount is just the tip of the ice-berg. Credit card companies like Amex will kill to make you their customers. Loan companies would be after your arse 24/7 so SKY is the limit, my brother. LOLOL 1 GBP =225 1,000 = 225,000 4,000= 900,000 52,000 < 12m agreeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! are you able to use that to claim loans to buy houses to UK, Portugal and about 240millon worth of houses in Nigeria? NO sir. i |

Everything doesn't have to be CASH!!!! i agree 1,000 GBP a week is less than 12m gross take out ur tax and u have like 7m net is that enuff to own properties in UK, Portugal, 3 houses in lekki and even seychelles? dude, i work numbers and im sure this is what i do for a living so what u chattin? |

Stop displaying your ignorance on a public forum. . . . .
Anyone making 20 quid per hour working 50 hours a week makes 1000 GBP a week(4000GBP a month)!!! With such income, his credit score is in the top echelon and he can actually buy properties without down payments- In case you haven't heard, there are 110% mortgages in the UK and in Europe. Grab a book instead of bitching yourself about on a forum like a dejected soul. hehehehe what about the 3 houses in Lekki? were they financed by your banks too? LOL |

martinosi: As i said before most people that post on Nairaland are just doing it for fun & games except those who are posting in the Buisness & Travell & Job section and maybe careers and its all obvious what people who post in those sections are looking for!!! ULTIMATELY MAONEY!!!,
As one poster said Nigerians based in Naija have too much of a "Play Play" Joke Joke mentality and you cant tell when they are serious or Joking sober minded for that matter,
Most of these Naija "Butta" guys in Nigeria are attacking Kobo-junkie becos she is a female and becos they think she is a soft target and becos SHE IS ABROAD "HINT HINT", Weak backside Moves!!! lol!,
But when the Naija guys that have lived in Nigeria and now live abroad step to them and give a "counter" to their argument they shy away and start posting sheepishly like "we come in peace sha", "no bi fight" and similar blah blah blah!!! U gUYS are not ready to face reality and meet life squarely and fairly, and allow people to see through you and be transparent,
Dont get me wrong, i have lived in Nigeria and understand that life can be soooooo unfair and down right ugly,
And i know other who have left know this too!!!
so i dont post sheepishly and i post to educate and enlighten.
Just doing my part on a forum to help someone see the light and live for a better tommorrow and brighter today,
PEACE, so what are you teaching or trying to pass across this time? hehehehe guy, go and sit down somewhere we dont care if ure the Bill Gates of ur L.G.A |

I think you are unnecessarily behaving like a tyrant and an intellectual terrorrist.

Kobojunkie: Dude, you PICKED a portion of his post and even went ahead to HIGHLIGHT the portion that included the information on uncles and aunts and visits and Now you are blaming me for posting in response to your retort to the particular portion YOU highlighted? jeez!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i highlighted that part because it only buttresses my point about not seeing anythn wrong in accomodating relatives it could be aunts/uncles/brothers from the city/villages/mars/jupiter anywhere madam point is- I dont see anythn wrong in relatives staying together hence my lines on my personal experiences with siblings and co see, put a SIGN on ur door/facebook page/YIM/twitter and wherever u can be seen/contacted that you dont tolerate family visits can we put a lid on this? |

The issue on this debate is referring to friends and not about visiting family in the UK. I wouldnt expect someone's family to visit the UK and not stay with them. We are talking about friends in this case. oh seen!!! i wont stay with friends when i have parents/siblings who have missed me maybe i missed the plot cos all the while my thinking has been relative to relative thingy sorry |
