Okealaaye: George Wajackoyah is a 63-year-old professor, who like Peter Obi brought a lot of excitement in the Kenya presidential election. As a political commentator puts it, George Wajackoyah proved to be the most eccentric of the four presidential candidates contesting the 9 August election. He convinced the Kenyan youths and they all became his structure.
Wajackoyah is running on an outrageous platform of no single structure but he has captured the imagination of angry, disaffected youth in both urban and rural Kenya, cutting across all the regular ethnic, regional and party lines. This is the same scenario with Peter Obi and his Labour party in Nigeria.
On the campaign trail, Prof Wajackoyah tends to wear a tracksuit, T-shirt and headscarf rather than a smart suit - to show he is not part of the Kenyan establishment he accuses of rampant corruption.
On social media in Kenya, he won the presidential election many times online the same way Obi does here week in week out.
Guess what?
Prof George Wajackoyah who claim that he could make Kenya earn more than nine trillion shillings ($76bn; £64bn) annually, and the government would "never have to borrow a single coin" again is getting 0.44% of the total vote cast.
Social media does not win a presidential election anywhere in the world. -Ikerionwu Arthur Nnaemeka Lol You dey compare Kenya to Nigeria? Na loud or Igbo? Kenya don suffer half of wetin we suffer? Because one old professor promised to legalize weed and some youths were happy about it does that mean those youths represent the majority of other youths? |

Nice one. If Buhari’s nephew, aides could be loosing tickets in same APC then that means Buhari is not really a good party man. And this is an indication that he won’t be actively participating in 2023 elections for Tinubu no wonder BAT chose Shettima to curry sympathy and get PMB to work for them. Mehn with the new BVAS machine and no hope for Bloc votes as was the case in the core North, APC would be needing a lot to win. Peter Obi should solidify SE/SS, get atleast 50% of NC 40% of SW, then he is good to go while also benefiting from Christian sympathy votes from Kaduna and other Northern Christians |

Okoroawusa: Nwanna, don't twist the statements from INEC and the police because deep down in your heart you know that they both mean the same. You also know that if this incident was to happen in a mosque in Owerri by now that mosque would have been burnt down. I am Igbo that lives in Lagos and if there is one tribe that Lagos has favoured it's the Igbo race. Stop this war against Tinubu and Lagos. It will do us no good. Shut up you’re not an Igbo man |

Yoruba hatred is in the blood of every Igbo man due to cultural inferiority complex and superior geography. Stop all this tribal nonsense…which land are they taking? Was it given free of charge? spearman: Ibo response to Osun has been to try to spin it as some sort of victory for Peter Obi. How? Don't ask me. I too am as lost on that one.
Can Osun happen in Ibo land with Obi as a national candidate? Never. All opposition to Labour Party would be extinguished even before the start of campaign. There will be massive opposition deaths. Ibos must think locked step or destroy one another. Can a party with this abysmal showing in any state election come back and miraculously win a general election a few months away? Only Ibos think so. Of course they also think Niger Delta is part of Biafra.
In Osun. Yorubas demonstrated the cultural sophistication that Ibos can hardly comprehend as it is far from their own brash and abrasive nature.
The fact is Osun election is a triumphant display of Yoruba sophistication, Yoruba cultural superiority to the world.
YORUBA NATION WAS THE WINNER IN OSUN. YORUBA MUST STAND ALONE. YORUBA NATION NOW. 8 months is not few months away, that is a very long time in politics |

In the last election; Anambra had about 550k voters(most in SE) Abia - about 300k voters Imo - about 470k Enugu - about 400k
Borno had close to 1m voters.
It's not by ranting online.
You better do some research before you quote me next time. And you think people won’t vote this time around? You think the apathy that graced 2015 and 2019 elections would occur again? Lol guy don’t be deceived, people are really interested in this election unlike the previous ones, Nigerians are really tired |

Jking20: I'll remind you this statement after Osun elections. It's either PDP or ApC. Let's see how structure works bro. The candidates in question matters…Lasun in Osun state can’t just come and reap where he did not sow because of LP new found popularity that is owing to the personality of Peter Obi…and the main election is still 8 months away, where many things can and would still happen. Don’t come here and use Osun election as a yardstick to justify this nonsense talk of structure, the candidate on the ballot matters too…I am Obidient but if i was voting in Osun this Saturday, then Adeleke would be getting my votes not one Lasun of LP. |

Jking20: He has SE and SS comfortably?? Wow!! You're not a politician then, only if you were you would have understand what am saying. Structure matters in Nigeria politics, and is so sad LP doesn't have it. The so called churches aren't the ones submitting election results...I don't know whether you're getting this. I like this your structure talk talk way you dey cap, Shey no be human beings be structure? Before Peter Obi can’t win one state to he can only win SE to he can only win SE and SS…now to only SS & SE and some parts of NC…make una no worry, i go just dey laugh…by December, the story would be different…all this “no structure talk” are incentives for us to work harder and close gaps |

Jking20: Truth be told, First of all, Northerners would never allow a Christian rule. Secondly Kwankwaso would rather threw his vote to a Muslim than see a Christian emerge president.
Thirdly and most painful, the so called Christian states will deliver their candidate HE Atiku by every means, so tell me how PO has a chance of winning??... Lol you’re not in this country, SE & SS use to be the base of PDP but that has changed now…most party faithfuls are just intent on milking Atiku and his dollars…ATIKU sef winning in the North is under threat as BAT is very formidable candidate alongside his VP Shettima…Atiku can never win any Southern state not even in Delta where his VP is from, even in the North, BAT would try to strangulate him |
Politics › Re: Anambra Has More Registered Voters Than Borno State, Stop Deceiving Tinubu. by tobby98(op): 10:11am On Jul 12, 2022 |
Jking20: Poor calculation, name me the Christian states you think LP will totally win, am waiting...
As for North it's a Muslim they're settling with definitely pdp, politics is a game and northerners knows it best! I am happy you said PDP, if you win the North then it would be a close rat race between Atiku and BAT who himself is a formidable opponent…well that is our prayer that you both should share the votes almost equally there…it is to our own advantage and hopefully no one buys Kwankwaso then that would be the master stroke for the final burial of APC and PDP in Nigeria. |
Politics › Re: Anambra Has More Registered Voters Than Borno State, Stop Deceiving Tinubu. by tobby98(op): 10:08am On Jul 12, 2022 |
Jking20: I see a political analyst here, but I can remind you that even middle belt can only contribute some votes to PO cuz he can't totally win a state in there... politics is a game just as you said. Peter Obi doesn’t even have to win NC or SW…he has SE and SS comfortably(the Church is doing massive work for him lowkey) then in SW he needs just atleast 25% to 30% and then NC 35% to 40% and get other Christian votes and sympathy votes from other Core Northern votes. The deal now is that, the Church has taken over the campaign for him and those who believe in the spirit of equity, fairness and justice. The movement is actually bigger than Peter Obi now |

Jking20: So sad, but the fact still remains that Christian Leaders are the cause of our misery in Nigeria. When Christian were there as leaders, they couldn't lift their fellow Christian brothers in key positions but Muslims always does it.
Don't be surprised that the so called Christian states would announce PDP as winners in their states. Stop dreaming…Peter Obi would be the biggest beneficiary of the protest votes of Christians across the nation…Atiku is not sellable enough. I would even prefer BAT to Atiku but Peter Obi stands out..I know many people with Atiku but secretly working and finding OBIdient movement but you rarely see someone with BAT doing so. Our prayer and joy is that Atiku is there to cushion the effects of any northern bloc votes to BAT which was the case during BUHARI’s time…Kwankwaso is a clown, hopefully he doesn’t drop out of the race…he is the key to completely destroying APC in Kano state |

Politics › Re: Anambra Has More Registered Voters Than Borno State, Stop Deceiving Tinubu. by tobby98(op): 9:57am On Jul 12, 2022 |
The votes in the core North would still be shared deeply by Atiku and BAT despite the Muslim/Muslim ticket…an average northerner would naturally pick Atiku over BAT hence the desperation to pick a core Northern Muslim to allay such fears…Tinubu is a strategist i give it to him but his own game would consume him this time…no escape route this time all thanks to the new electoral law and the BVAS…PO should focus more on the middle belt and the Christians in the core North would naturally give him their protest votes especially in Southern Kaduna, Bauchi, Kano and Jigawa etc |
Politics › Re: Anambra Has More Registered Voters Than Borno State, Stop Deceiving Tinubu. by tobby98(op): 9:49am On Jul 12, 2022 |
SE and SS is on lockdown for PO…he just needs substantial votes and support from NC which is increasing daily especially in Taraba, Plateau and some parts of Benue…and then get get some sizeable votes in SW especially Lagos where the now interested youths are in their millions. If you underestimate Peter Obi chances in the elections then you’re a fool…even BAT won’t underestimate him hence the choice of Shettima to appease the core Northerners and curry more votes to the detriment of Atiku but that has made him lost more ground in the South due to religion factor |
Politics › Re: Anambra Has More Registered Voters Than Borno State, Stop Deceiving Tinubu. by tobby98(op): 9:45am On Jul 12, 2022 |
Even with majority of Northern votes, Buhari never won elections prior to 2015 elections…Go and check 2011 election results, SE gave GEJ maximum votes and that is bound to happen again this 2023 with the choice of APC on Muslim/Muslim Tickets |
