Appreciate what..? Did he not sign for the job and get paid for it? When Nigerian didn't appreciate him as claimed, why didn't he resign and let another who would do his job without looking
for a petty appreciation come onboard...!!

Same mindset as the politicians...the governors would be craving for appreciation for road construction and providing amenities...which is naturally his or her duty to provide...How can we grow with this type mindset...?
You cant compare a soldier and politician two different things bro.

The JF-17 is a Chinese plane, Pakistan provided financial assistance for the program.

That's why all prototypes and eventual production models fly out from CAC Chengdu.
it's a pakistani project jointly produced by Pak/China. China has more capable facilities for aerospace tech that's why they head the project.
Go and do your research bro

Pakistan is a poor country.

Pakistan could only afford one aircraft at a time, hence the J-10A was rejected in favour of the JF-17 which is still a Chinese plane.

The JF-17 has similar capabilities with the J-10A.

Pakistan is now interested in the J-10C.

Pakistan needed to replace all legacy 3rd Generation jets, China built the JF-17 light multirole aircraft for Pakistan.

The JF-17 is similar to the Gripen in capabilities, it is not in any way, similar to the F-16.
china aided the jf-17 program
It's a pakistan concept not china

Nigerian troops on Tuesday thwarted an attack by Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) fighters in Rann, Borno State, Northeast Nigeria after launching aerial and ground offensives against the insurgents.

Rann, the headquarters of Kala Balge local government, is adjacent Cameroon.

The area has experienced repeated attacks and fierce clashes between Nigerian troops, Boko Haram, and ISWAP.

After a fierce battle, the troops with Air Task Force combat aircraft support were reported to have killed 19 insurgents in five gun trucks.

According to PRNigeria, the insurgents approached Rann around 6 pm in eight gun trucks and several motorbikes in an attempt to ambush the 3 Brigade base.

“During the attack, five gun trucks belonging to the Boko Haram terrorists were destroyed, including the occupants,” the newspaper quoted a source as said.

“Many terrorists were eliminated during the air interdiction and ground attacks executed by troops. At least 19 battered bodies of Boko Haram fighters littered the scene, with the destroyed gun trucks, apart from others in the bush,” a source in the paper.”

Access to Rann is mostly through helicopters and areas outside the town are considered dangerous.

The over a decade-old conflict has killed over 30,000 people and displaced more than 2 million people.
