I’ve never had a smooth transaction with FCMB. Most time here in Enugu there will be like 4 customers and you will end up spending close to 30mins or more. You will think they are attending to you but they are not. If you complain they will arrogantly tell you that it’s network issues Worst still is that if you want to make a transfer you ll pay #1,500 cash for a poorly photocopied transfer slip |
