No its not, its basic law that the FCT high court has no jurisdiction on a matter from Edo state...and the judge knows this. I'm simply amazed that APC had to manufacture a court order to vacate that one. Why not wait for the appeal court to sit on Monday so u get a reasonable judgement.

8 APC governors are on his matter....its all 2023 politics. As long as oshiomole is there some governors can never smell presidency, and someone like obaseki won't get the party ticket.

I said this when some people were rejoicing about the Kano order. The judge just put himself in trouble. The NJC said since 2016 that courts should stop giving conflicting orders but instead should refer the matter to the original court hearing the case. I just hope whatever Oshiomole paid this man is worth his career.

I think that both the FCT judge and kano judge need to be suspended.....Giving kangaroo judgements is irresponsible. Nigeria need to get rid of political judges.
